Lived here for awhile. I appreciate the design and the high ceilings. Pro is the proximity to many places that I needed to be. Downside was I could hear a lot of street noises at all outs of the day.

Great location, feels safe, tall rooms feel extremely spacious. Thick windows really block out the noise from the street but let in a nice breeze during the day.The outdoor patio doesnt have much of a view but its still a nice amenity.

I had a good time at The Lofts at One Powell in a 1 bedroom unit. It is big, tall, has all I need and many utilities I wont even use. Things are clean and look new. I couldnt hear anything from the streets, I was in the top floor facing a internal patio.Be aware it has no reception desk, you will get some access codes at first but after that keys and access card will be available in your apartment.I needed management to help me with the access hours before I got there and Joyce helped me flawlessly. They have also mailed me (I dont know if its automatic) to check if all was fine and asking for feedback.
