I made an appointment several days in advance when I arrived on Tuesday morning it was like they were waiting for me and they got right on the job. After the road test and a careful inspection of the vehicle the technician came to me and explained what theyre going to do even though my steering gearbox needed adjustment he did not pressure me into adjusting it. I wish I could remember the technicians name and the service writers name because they were both fantastic. And what they didnt know was I am an ASE certified technician of 45 years just recently retired and have been sending them business for years from various shops that I worked at but I just wanted to go in and see how they treated normal customers so I never mentioned that fact to them. Thanks guys and you did a great job

I went there with my 2016 VW gti which is lowered and not only did they do an amazing job! They only charged 137.00 for a 4 wheel alignment and also gave me some amazing advice. I would give them more stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Clarence Browns is my go to place for all my vehicles over the last decade. These guys are the real deal. Really wish they did engine mechanical also but they are the best at what they do. An eval will result i diagnosis and they provide options for what needs done. They dont upsell, if you decide to go with minimal to get you back on the road or choose to have everything that needs done completed in one visit they offer quick quality service at reasonable prices. My budget doesnt allow dealer repairs. Ive gotten quotes from others. This place offers dealer quality at wallet friendly pricing.

These guys are long time professionals. They know their stuff and do excellent work. They might be old school, with chalk and strings, but do they know how to do a proper alignment. From factory spec to racing, these guys do it all. I dont go anywhere else for my alignment. Theyve been around a long time, and there is a reason for it. Save yourself the headache and go here.

These guys are the real deal. Had my low mileage 2008 350Z aligned there a few days ago and she drives fantastic. Another shop tried aligning it twice and it was still out of spec. Im glad I found these guys online and will definitely be a repeat customer.

My car is slightly lowered and I tried another alignment shop close to my house. I was told their alignment machine would not fit on a lowered card. Take your car here first. These guys do old-school alignment that is so much better than computerized. I have had them fix a supposed “zeroed out” alignment performed on my BMW wagon (17000 mi!) by the nearby dealer. Clarence Brown Alignment straightened out my crooked steering wheel and removed excess toe. Car has never felt better!Thank you!

Brought in my 2013 Honda fit for an alignment since I just installed BC-Racing Coilovers and Cam bolts. They were super friendly and asked if I wanted/needed anything special done to the suspension. All I asked was to tuck the front wheels with minimal camber. They did just that. Also love that they use the non-computerized/mechanical alignment method. Will definitely come back.

I called and received a quote for $95.95 for an alignment on my 2016 Mustang GT, this was a higher price because of the larger wheels. An hour into the appointment I receive a call, stating that the price for an alignment, had gone up to $350 because they needed to drop down my sway bar and it would take 2 to 3 hours more. I ended up still being charged $50 for the inspectionWhen I asked if lifetime alignment was offered, I was told lifetime alignment is not real and is just a way for shops to take more money from you.I brought my car to Firestone Tire the next day and they offer Lifetime alignment for $200. They didnt add any surprise charges and were very friendly. Firestone Tire has made loyal customer, I wouldnt bother going anywhere else.-Vanessa

Have been here numerous times for all my vehicles. Best alignment shop in sd county. I work for an auto parts website and we are all car people. Quite a few of us swear by Clarence Browns work.Dollar for dollar, you will not find more bang for your buck for alignment services. Off Road Warehouse will charge over a hundred bucks for something these guys do for much less. And you wont have to come back 3 weeks later to have them redo it like ORW.

Took my 06 Accord in for a front driver side accident, they initially estimated about $1600 for the repair. But, after working on it they got the price down to about $800 if memory holds true. After that I came back to replace my warped rotors and pads, and its safe to say they know what theyre doing. Very professional shop, the mechanic even explained to me some things he saw while he was working (Bushing for front control arm is tearing, front tire sidewalls were seperating, and new calipers were on the to-do list as well). They earned a repeat, nay, lifetime customer. Job well done.

The guy charged me $180 to tell me that my car is too low and thats why my axel is popping out. Took to suspension plus and they found 2 broken engine mounts . This place is a joke. Avoid it.
