Went in to have my dually aligned. It was worse when I got it out. The manager told me, “I need new tires.” Not only was that not true, if that was the case, then why did they do the alignment? He should have mentioned that prior to taking my $150.00. What is worse, is how he berated me, calling me stupid along other choice words.This was the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. If there was a score below one star, I’d have given it to them.

Run away from this place. Very dishonest and unprofessional. I dropped my car off for an alignment. Came back to pick it up with my windshield cracked across. Ask them what happened to my windshield they said they don’t know.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!I was sold underrated tires for my cargo van. My vehicle requires 10 ply tires.... what I was sold are NOT 10 ply tires.Now I need to purchase replacements well before I was planning. This is because my new local dealer will not certify a rotation or do any service on the vehicle without the PROPERLY rated tire. Thanks a lot guys.

Al Jr and Al Sr are some of the most and sincere individuals I know. I know that when I go there they will treat me with kindness and honesty. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants awesome costume service and an honest price.

Worst service ever. I took my car after four and half months of first alignment service for realignment. when mechanic found out is a a under warranty service he change my 45 minutes waiting time to 2 hours and 45 minutes before getting to my vehicle. If you want quality service take your car to anywhere except to this awful place.There are many repair shops on University Ave and El Cajon Blvd, I took my cars to few of them they are all helpful, courteous and they know how to repair any car.Costco sell their tires cheaper than this place.

Staff is friendly, and no-nonsense. They get you in and out quickly and leave you feeling confident you got a proper estimate/service. Nice establishment in a not-so-nice Neighborhood.

This place is the worst. I took my impala here to get an alignment after I put rims on it. They did the job charge me $65 plus tax and said Id get a second alignment Free with this purchase. A few days later after they did this my car was pulling hard to the right. I took it back to have it checked and the guy says its because I have cheap tires on my rims. That I needed to take my car back to the tire shop so they could check it. Guy didnt really even care to hear me out. Hispanic guy there was rude and could care less that the alignment they did messed up my car. Worst customer service. I didnt get the alignment done right or a refund. I had to pay to get it done again somewhere else.I recommend you take your car somewhere else. Dont waste your time or money here ..

Bad service trying to sell me everything from used tires to new motor mounts. They are over price and bad service. This is the kind of place that will rip you off. If you are looking for new tires go to Evans. They price match any price in town with life time free rotations.

Took my car in for repair on the suspension. Had been previously quoted just under $2000 from the dealership. The staff at Tire World were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to do the repair for under $400. Trustworthy mechanics, would take car here for tires in the future.

Got a quote to fix the Right Rear Brake cylinder(They said only one side was bad) Tire World manager quoted me $300. I was just about to give them the OK to work on it, BUT, I wanted a second opinion. And as it turns out at the next shop I went to, they told me I had to replace both rear cylinders and the Brake shoes as well which they quoted me $33 for Parts and ONLY 100 for labor(Total $133) Where this shop came up with $300 WHO KNOWS. I wouldnt usually leave a bad review but because it was the Manager that helped me I felt it necessary to warn any future customers. Its hard to find a good mechanic in any city. Be sure to have already gotten a fair quote before you try these guys...Very disappointed....
