So amazing! Just went there. Isnt my first time. Tried over 25 places, yet my new favorite spot! It was the most painless experience. I woulf recommend anyone! Especially first time. Good service and price! Thanks Janet!

I set up an appointment using Google maps. I got my confirmation through email saying my appointment was set and everything was ready to go. Them they say of my appointment comes up, I show up to the location and theres no one there. I thought maybe I was early and waited for a little bit. I called(multiple times) sent texts, message through Google, and though Facebook and got no response back at all. Everything associated with the shop was saying she was open but yet no one answered me. I checked the location ok Google maps and Facebook page and they were both different addresses. I walked (I dont have a car) from her location on Google maps( the office does have a little sign with the name of the shop written in chalk) to her location on the shops Facebook page. No one was at the Google maps location but at least the shop was. When I got to the location on her Facebook page there wasnt even anything remotely close to a wax salon there. It was a auto body shop and a tow truck company! I waited for this person for over and hour with no response at all. Really bad. If she can get back to me at all I am willing to give her a second try and change my review but as it stands right now I am very displeased with her customer service and lack of answering a customers calls/texts.

Jeanette is very attentive and thorough with her waxing, I come in for brazilians and always have a great experience while Im there and the aftercare products she gives me work excellent! I never have any breakouts considering my super sensitive skin. Her establishment is always super clean and I love coming in with the option to do a facial or spray tan ...

Great place. Jeanette does a wonderful job, which is why shes in high demanding. Shes extremely clean and careful with her wax, which is super important.

It took me a long time to find an affordable and talented esthetcian. I found it with Jeanette. She is awesome. Been here two times already and will be coming back.

Trim is my new favorite wax shop! She is so nice and accommodating. I was in a rush and got out of there in no time.PSA: I drove past it the first time. The shop is up the stairs above the car dealer, and decorated nicely. She does a lot of male waxing, and the shop is very inviting.PSA #2: prices are low. Like at least $5-10 cheaper than other salons for the same service (and she has the quality of an expensive salon). She offers 2 Brazilians for $60. Some salons charge 50+ for 1.
