The best! Both ladies I met were super friendly and professional. The conversation was great and the job she did on my toes was perfection. I hadnt had a pedicure for so long and she went in and made my dry calloused feet as soft as babies feet. Thank you so much! My new go to place. Highly recommended!

This was a pleasant experience. The two lady stylists were sweet and their conversations made me smile while I sat in the chair. I like that I wasnt pressured to add on any services that I dont currently need, I got my nails cleaned up beautifully and thats it. A couple of my fingers bled very slightly at the cuticles while being clipped, but Ive never been to a nail salon where that didnt happen at least a little. The facility itself was a 2.5-3/5 on the pretty scale but the important areas looked clean. I really appreciate them being open on the weekends. I will be a return visitor. ☺️

I went twice and Ms Hell-en is rude. I had to sing gospel songs to not let it get to me. Both times, when I got outside my skin was polished! Never again…

They did a gorgeous job on my teen granddaughters first set of acrylics. She was delighted. My mani pedi was well done as well. A little pricey but worth the price at how happy my granddaughter was.

This is truly the best nail salon I’ve ever been too! I’m honestly so grateful to have found them. Both Theresa and Helen treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door. I felt so welcomed and comfortable. They thoroughly take the time to make sure their service is well done. My nails & eyebrows look incredible. The always check in on you and maker sure you are doing okay and you like the service so far. 100% favorite place in Sam Diego!

This place is horrendous! I along with my niece went here to get our nails done. She got a full set and I got a pedi and gel mani. It has now been 5 days after our services were provided and her set has fallen off while my gel manicure has completely lifted. Not to mention the place is dirty and unkept. Definitely will NOT be returning! Wish I could get my money back!

Quick, kind, professional. Facilities seem a but run-down but they more than make up for it in quality of work. Went to fill in my in regs acrylic set and plan on returning for any future nail needs!

Love my nails! I have to say Helen is awesome. I work in a hospital (night shift) and Helen always has time to squeeze me in usually early mornings when I’m off work or from school. I used to always get gel manicure, but my nails became very thin and brittle. So she introduced me to nail dip and I feel in love. Now even when she removes the dip my nails have gotten so much stronger. The way she removes the dip is less damaging to my nails. And I can’t forget to mention that she makes my “Me time” very enjoyable. Laughter non-stop!!

I came here based on the reviews and was extremely disappointed with the service here. I may have come on an off day, but I will not return. I cant see giving this place a second chance. If you have been to a good salon before you will quickly realize how dirty this place is. Someone else mentioned, in their review, that it was a bit run downed. I would second that. The towels and venue were dirty. The service was not great, I definitely did not feel welcomed. I just needed to review this place accurately because I feel misled by the other reviews on here.

Ive been going to Theresa for years. In fact I have followed her where ever she works.Always a excellent job.I am very picky, and Ive never left Nail Paradise disappointed.Angels someone said.Indeed they are!!!!I recommend Nail Paradise to my friends, and family.If youre traveling and need anything, this is the place!

It was my first time getting my nails done here and everyone was so nice. They took the time to make sure my nails looked good and I was very happy with how everything turned out. Teresa does a very good job at a reasonable price and I will definitely continue to come here!

I’ve been going here for several months and every time I go I am well taken cared of. Helen does my nails she and does beautiful work always surprises me with my ombré and Pamela takes great care of my feet. I’d recommend this place. Wonderful lady’s always taking care of my young on.

I have been going for a year straight! Ive looked for so long for a good quality nail shop that wont break the bank and I have found it! Helen is the sweetest lady Ive ever been to and she gives me 100% great service every time!

I went to this place for the first time based on others reviews. The staff is very friendly, so friendly I wish I could say better things about the service. Nails are good, lasted 3-4 weeks. Pedicure not so much. They DO NOT disinfect the tools. I seen the lady roll the same cart and service 3 people, all with the same tools. Yuck! Also did not get ingrowns out. I did like the sea scrub they use but thats about it.
