Had a full face wax appointment with Jamie, she was excellent! Very thorough, professional, and talked me through what she was going to do. I am LOYAL to all my brow folks, was with one for over a decade, and the one after that for a couple of years, but didnt quite get my brows the way I wanted them. Jamie was great and will definitely be back again!

I had my eyebrow done by Sarah yesterday. I arrived with full thick eyebrows and she cut them way too much and removed more hair that she needed to. Now I have a weird empty spot on my left eyebrow that I didnt have before. When I told her that I wasnt happy with it she didnt seem to care much. Also she wasnt gentle at all while waxing. Ive been to many Benefit eyebrow bars before and never had such a bad experience. Im definitely not going back to this location.

Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. I arrived with a full thick straight look of eyebrows, and came out with a thin arched-out eyebrow look.All Denise did was follow a bad eyebrow pattern that I have due to an over threading experience I had years ago. But according to her she just followed my natural arch. Like no honey, people are not born with thined out arched eyebrows.I was so mad my blood started rushing to my head, you can literally see red blotches all over my chest and neck. I then asked Denise if I still had to pay for my eyebrows after I consider them to be ruined. She seemed to give me attitude and said youre good girl, youre good with her hand out.I told her Ill just pay because I feel youre being rude now. She said again youre good you can go. She didnt even ring up my two products I was supposed to buy --gel for a matt look and their keratin eyebrow growth product.I give them 2 stars because their wax is gentle and didnt hurt. And because I was able to fill in my eyebrows at home to an ok look.My advice, do your research and have them 100% show you what your eyebrows will look like when they are done being waxed.A professor of mine has beautiful eyebrows, and she told me she goes here, but unfortunately my eyebrows did not come out beautiful.Now I will go through another good 4 months of growning out another bad eyebrow wax experience.I wish you guys a better experience.
