Incredible operation! I had a 10 day close of escrow to get a full remediation done after a positive mold test. Not only were they able to work overtime to complete the job in time, but they helped me network with subs to replace the entire carper, pad and tack strips that contributed to the issue. In my line of work, we need more competent, capable people like Gerardo and his team. I’ve repeatedly thanked him via text, but felt compelled to give his business a top recommendation.

Here’s my Aunt’s review…OK like so many others have stated I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company!!Our bathroom had a major ceiling leak and had to be completely gutted and redone from scratch! EVERYTHING went seamlessly! The men who worked were courteous, knowledgeable, showed up in time, did their work and seemingly never took a break! When they DID go to lunch, the lunch break was not very long and they would get right back to business!! I offered sandwiches, sodas, juice, and they always politely said no thank you.I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs to have quality work done. ProCore is the best! When I bought my new property there was an issue with mold in the kitchen. Gerardo and his team identified the problem and source and came up with a remediation plan that both identified the source of the problem and effectively eliminated the mold while reconstructing the damage. When I called Gerardo again to give me an estimate regarding a problem a year later, he analyzed the situation and told me there was no issue that needed to be remedied. ProCore came to my apartment a free mold inspection - I moved into a new apartment that was in horrible shape. However, a couple weeks into the lease I happened to end up in contact with one of the previous tenants of our apartment by total chance. Apparently the landlord was charging them for things that never happened, including three hours worth of service from ProCore, in a fake invoice from a made up company under her boyfriend’s number! I called to get confirmation that this didn’t happen so that I could share it with the previous tenants as evidence against the landlord. They were super helpful, and emphasized that all their inspections are free and that they’re an honest business… unlike my landlord. 🙃 Great guy, good morals.

Unfortunately I had a water leaked in my attic on May 1. I wish that I had found ProCore Restoration from the the beginning of my water leak problem. The service we received from ProCore Restoration was outstanding. We had just bought our first home and had water damage occur. We really weren’t sure what would be covered by warranty/insurance. Heraldo fit us into his schedule last minute and showed up immediately. He was extremely professional and his 25 years of experience showed. He walked us through the entire process of restoring our kitchen and guided us through every step of dealing with insurance. I had water damage upstairs and downstairs from a recent leak in an upstairs bathroom. I had no idea what to do and felt overwhelmed. Gerardo and his team are amazing. I normally dont like to leave reviews but when a company goes above and beyond I feel that people should know. We recently had a slab leak that basically took out half our house including the kitchen. From the very beginning the ProCore Restoration team was there to help get us through the whole process. Never have I interacted with a company that was so professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and courteous. Best of all they put integrity into everything they did. Everything was done right and they never cut any corners. They knew everything about water damage; how it happens, how to dry out properly, how to restore back to normal, everything. They even were helpful with how to deal with insurance companies. I honestly hope to never have to deal with the situation that we dealt with again, but if I have to my first call will be to the ProCore Restoration team.

Had a water leak in my restroom and the guys did an amazing job doing the restoration work. They worked professionally, diligently and finished as soon as I was expecting them to. Also, the good thing about them is that they explained the issue and details clearly all along the way. Highly recommend.

Shop around and women beware! These guys tried to scam us big time. We ended up canceling their work when they changed their estimate from $1,100 to $5,000 for a small area. Three other companies offered to complete the job for $700-$1,200 and were all shocked by what had happened to us...ProCore also claimed it would take them 40 hrs to finish the job, but we had another company finish in less than 2 hrs for $700. Tests came back and it was fully remediated.They couldnt thoroughly explain what theyd accomplished in 8 hours time (over $900). No mold was treated, but they charged us for 8 hours it took to remove cabinets and put up a plastic tarp?? They werent available for several days to come remove their equipment either.Pregnant, female and alone in a nice new home, and these guys saw an opportunity to take advantage, unfortunately. It’s suspicious that they flaked on showing up when I said some guys were over who wanted to talk to them.Please be careful and at least get quotes from multiple other companies.

Finding out you have mold is news you hope to never hear, as unfortunate as the situation was I am glad I came across ProCore. Their team responded right away, they were at our house within 30 minutes. They took the time to walk us through the work that had to be done & answered all of our questions, needless to say Gerardo & his team are very knowledgeable & professional. I must say I am very impressed with ProCore, they went above and beyond I just cannot thank them enough. Gerardo was very helpful, he provided us with very useful information on how to deal with our insurance and kept in touch with us throughout the whole remediation. Being the first time we have ever dealt with mold we did not know what had to be done. We had two other companies come out to assess the damage and give us an estimate but had a very uneasy feeling so we kept looking and luckily came across ProCore. From the moment Gerardo and his crew showed up they explained in detail everything that had to be done and why it had to be done, something that the other companies just couldnt do when we questioned them. Once we gave the green light they got to work right away, four days later we had a company come out to do the final test and we are mold free ready to begin reconstruction! We are beyond satisfied with ProCore and we recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services, trust me you will not be disappointed.

My wife & awoke to a large leak in our home at around 11pm which unfortunately caused significant damage. We had another company come look at the damage with zero equipment & terrible customer service. Thankfully we came across ProCore Restoration & I must say they are the most honest company we have ever dealt with. They showed up ready to go with high-tech meters & thermal cameras to accurately assess the damages & while Gerardo explained to me what the process was his team immediately got to work. Let me tell you these guys work hard! If I could give them more stars I would they gave us peace of mind in this very stressful situation.
