We had to call an emergency plumber today. This company was very nice, professional, and responsive. They didn’t even charge us for coming out, since we didn’t need any repairs right now. Looks like we may need some repairs soon though, and we plan to call this company.

Our tenant reported a leak, and I wanted it fixed quickly because theyre a family with two kids, and I knew living without water would be tough. John came out within an hour and replaced the water heater and brought it up to code. Amazing work, and super professional! Will definitely call again when the need arises.

It is never fun to discover a water leak and one that you can’t locate at all. Usually, I can repair minor water leaks myself such as a leaky sink, but in this instance, I needed an expert. I conducted a quick search for plumbing companies in my area and came across Allstar Plumbing & Restoration. I called them up to find the leak and fix it. They showed up at my house within a few short hours.Using some type of technology, they found the source of the leak. It was a slab leak and they said it was due to corrosion underground. I had a lot of questions, which they were more than happy to answer. All I know is that my slab leak was fixed. They said the problem could’ve gotten worse if I had delayed getting it fixed or if I hadn’t noticed it. They are a great company with great guys who know what they’re doing.

This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that Im aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

My previous experience with a plumbing company in San Diego, CA was terrible! They were unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.
