Who gives their waste company a good review without being asked? I guess I do. Mostly because you only think about your waste company when something goes wrong. We replaced our old waste company with Pinwaste several years ago and I have nothing but good things to say. They do a good job, are reasonable and fix the occasional slip-ups quickly.

My houses trash has not been picked up in three weeks. THREE WEEKS. The bill has always been paid on time too. We thought maybe it was in a hard to reach spot and moved it, but nope still not picked up. We tried calling and no one answered the phone. Several of our neighbors have damaged trashcans, full on dents. This is the worst company.

HOA managers, dont force resident to sign up with this company.Their customer service is very unprofessional, insincere, curt response and horrible manner. They charge resident for little things. I signed up for bulk service many times and know the procedures. This time they didnt pick up blame that I didnt sign up, and want to charge extra $ for something they mess up. Unethical business practice. They provide no apologies.

PinWaste does not answer the phone. We called & waited about 20 minutes & they never picked up. How do they stay inbusiness?

PIN Waste did a perfect job today in cancelling my service. It only took one email from me and their response was immediate.

Not customer friendly or professional company. Took months to get a new trash can after ours was damaged and I had to call multiple times. I would have let it go but when we had a second issue they were beyond rude and unprofessional (actually hanging up the phone on me twice). Don’t have bandwidth for that negative energy in my life but forced to use by the HOA so just avoid interaction whenever possible. Avoid them if you have any choice.

Worst company. Scheduling a bulk-item pick-up is a nightmare. Unable to log into account after they changed their website and waited 16 minutes on hold as caller #2 before the system decided it needed to take a message and then hung up on me. This was my third attempt to call.

Horrible customer service! If i was not forced to use them I wouldnt. Everyone on the phone has an attitude. They charged my bank account without my permission!

Worst company ever met! Accounting is a such a mess, random charge and no reliability at all. Is passing all info. to HOA. If you can, avoid them!
