I have worked with Global’s team on various accounts while working as an Account Manager at Republic Services for over a decade.During my waste career I worked with many brokers that claimed to be consultants, Globals’ team were among the few consultants that truly focus on their customers needs and worked with us, the hauler, to find ways to diversify waste and do what is best for the customer and develop lasting relationships with our mutual customers. It was great working with Global because we had a common goal, doing the right thing for the environment and our customer.If you are considering a consulting firm, I highly recommend Global. Josh, Jeff, Shane and the rest of the crew are just great people that truly care about making a difference and just wonderful human beings.

They held a big trash item pickup event. They never picked up my trash which is still sitting in front of the house. I had to break my back to bring that item outside. Now they refuse to answer the phone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will charge you 3-4 times the agreed amount for so called over weight charges. I got a Dumpster from them for $680, they picked it up, and 3 weeks later on Friday night and charged me an EXTRA $1,680.00. This company is a fraud!!!
