Ryder Truck Rental always have in stock just what I need when I need it. They’re customer service is outstanding!

So mechanical parts its to much to ask but they gd people the only thing its that they say the pandemic has got them short of mechanics and they do what they can but its taking to much time to fix and really check a truck so I noticed why that gave us a truck really dirty and with no gd shocks in the cabin but they set it was already checked and we had to make more time and fix it our self here in tx great people and pleasant. az not that gd

If youre picking up a truck make sure to show up 1hr early because youre going to have to clean the heck out of it. They say they clean it but all they do is give a a quick wipe down and throw a sanitized label on it. Ive picked up 4 trucks here...happend all 4 times.

Staff was extra helpful, and surprisingly the electronic device they use for checking out trucks and checking for damage was not working properly, so without hesitation the young man that helped ran inside and apologized when he came back with a paper copy, whipped the pen a couple times and viola he was done, and I was on my way kudos to him for knowing that. Great place for business rentals.
