My fiance and I chose this location to drop our 16 ft. truck and car carrier trailer as they closed later on Sundays (5pm) than the other ones in this area. The process was simple, quick, and efficient. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!

The brief:Reserved a truck 3 weeks prior to need for an out of town move.Was called the morning of my one way out of town rental and told that no trucks were available and they did not know when a truck would be ready.Had to spend over 2.5 hours calling repeatedly just to get update on potential truck availability.Was told that I would receive an additional 25% discount for a truck finally being available approximately 4 hours late. Discount not honored at pick up and was told by the manager James that I could just go somewhere else if I chose.Only decent interaction was dropping the truck off (I put approximately 10 miles more on the truck than originally anticipated due to having to stop for the night due to receiving the truck so late). The woman on the receiving end waived the mileage fee, thankfully.Basically, if you are counting on having a truck available when you reserve it and put down a deposit on it, go to a competitor.

DO NOT TRUST BUDGET!!!I Reserved a truck for a one way move 3 weeks in advance and got a call less that 24 hours before that they didnt have a truck. The customer service was terrible. James was that manager and he was unhelpful and rude.I asked to speak with the supervisor Alan Grosen and he wouldnt give me his contact number. It is a low class organization.I went with U-haul and U-Haul was GREAT

The customer a service was fantastic, both attendants were really nice and informative. I booked the truck online and it was waiting when I got there. I would highly recommend renting at this location.

There is absolutely no quality in their customer service. I was charged $50 for a no show pick up after I was called by Budget that no trucks were available. Do yourself a favor and go with UHaul, this place is unprofessional!
