Chelsea was quick and efficient when helping us check out our vehicle along with giving get recs for a few things we forgot. When moving again I will be sure to us them once again.

No one was there when the hours said 8-5 I waited 1hr along with 4 other people who had been there longer than me, 2 people that I was outside with said this location is famous for leaving whenever they feel like it! Horrible service!

Why U Haul let’s them claim that they are an authorized dealer? Not sure. They charge more than twice what any other dealer charges for same type and size box. The staff leaves a lot to be desired.

So easy and such great service

I reserved a van at this location. I had read other reviews and expected to get a call. Sure enough, I got a call Friday at 4pm saying the vehicle would not be available at this location for Saturday morning.

These guys took care of me, they gave me a break on the price because moving took longer than expected, there is no uhaul sign though, that needs to be fixed, it will be easier to find, Thnx guys

They were not open and should’ve been, during regular hours, the sign said they wouldn’t be back for 2 hours. Waste of a trip.
