My car was parked where I live in an area that is not reserved for any department and they took it away, they should have records of the license plates and cars we live there, and they dont answer the phone either, what am I supposed to do ???

Paying for a parking spot in our complex. Husband is out walking our dog and he notices that our car is being towed he stopped to tell the guy towing our car (ALEX) that it was our car. He responded with Alex: “Okay this is your car go get your keys.” My husband ran home not even 2 mins away from the parking spot along the way injured our dog. As we both start running back to our PAID Parking spot (me being 8 months pregnant) wobbleRunning haha that’s a picture to imagine. We get to our spot Alex along with our car is GONE! Couldn’t even have spared 2 mins as we got our keys. Now they want us to pay over $400 to release a car they drove 5 mins away from our HOUSE and only held there for 2 mins because we rushed to our second car to follow the tow truck. And we take a look at the car and we can clearly spot and point out our Parking Pass in our car!!!!!! So frustrating and now we have to go back tomorrow morning.

NEGATIVE STARS!!!!The Front Lady In Office Is The Rudest Person Ive Ever Delt With. Absolutely no customer service. They do not open on time youll be standing around for over an hour while she tells you she has other things to do. Sign Says a number to call for after hours but then they tell you no ones working. Also says open 24 hours its NOT. WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER.

Driver #8 while Bird Watching my friend’s apartment’s!! Towed my car and messed up the door of my car. Then when I called about my car the lady answering the phones kept hanging up on me ( I was crying) It took them for ever to get some one to releases my car and the next day I found out that the apartments did not authorize or there security team, To have any vehicle’s Towed in days. The hole thing to me sounds very suspicion. I don’t know how places like this stay in business when they have employees that do what ever they want to. I feel sorry for the owner of this company!!!!

They are not open on weekends!!!! But theyre working!!! Why?? Its just a way to get more money through their crazy after hour release.I no that usually towing companies dont get good reviews but this company I think is the worst they make sure they do their best to keep your car as much as they can!

They have a call center answering phones. When I asked too many questions the girl at the call center hung up on me! I was nice, too, so I thought was weird. She told me anything I asked was public knowledge.

The woman who answered the phone was very rude and short with me. Got annoyed because I asked when someone was going to get sent out there because they are closed on the weekend. People are already in a frizz cuz there cars got towed that dosent mean be rude and take your lovely ass time to get what they need.
