Cant believe they got all 5-stars rating with this poor quality of service, which make me doubt if all the ratings they got are true or just paid ratings. They actually are the 2-star rating Oscar Appliance Repair on yelp. Very bad service. If I ever knew their true identity on yelp beforehand, I wouldnt use them. The technician is very impatience when you asking questions. Also he gave the wrong diagnostics, claiming a working part is broken(for charge more, I guess). The other technician from another fridge repair service showing to me that that part is totally working fine with no issues.AVOID USING THEM!

Every now and then you have to pay for another persons knowledge and experience. Today I did just that and I am such a happy camper! Calvin came over to my house and fixed my 11 year old front loading washer and the ice maker in my refrigerator. I got so much helpful information about my machines that I believe they could keep running for another 11 years. All of the parts, labor and expenses were clearly explained in advance and again on the final bill. Would recommend.

As good as it gets. Our new house has a ~25 year old sub zero fridge/freezer, that looked in good condition, but the fridge wasnt quite getting cold. Mike picked up the phone on a Saturday morning, was at our place within a few hours, happened to have the required part on hand, and had it fixed within an hour, for a very reasonable price.
