My housekeeping company broke the glass view screen on the front of my older Miele oven. I was told that the oven was so old parts were not available. I found the part directly from Meile, ordered it and called back telling them what I had done and they said to call when the part arrived. Upon receiving the part, I called back and was informed that they could not install customer provided parts!!!!!

I was so impressed with the level of service, expertise and helpfulness of the Miele Appliance Repair San Diego! 5 star service!!! I would highly recommend you deal with technician Daniel - he is such a wonderful person to work with and I hope Miele know how lucky they are to have him. The guy in the parts department was the nicest and most helpful.
