I recently moved from my condo (for a cross country move) and have had wonderful assistance for my move-in that included all paperwork at move-in and any HOA updates during the time I lived in the condo. The move-out was also great and never any issues with the property managers. I had an emergency of a flood in my kitchen in the middle of the night, months ago, and clean-up access from both Howard and Michael was very efficient. I would highly recommend San Diego Professional Property Managers for your property and rental needs, as well as being a prospective renter for their managed properties.

We rented a house for about a year and a half. We had a great experience. Michael was a really helpful agent. Sdppm’s team is great we never had a problem. They quickly respond to emails and calls. They even stood on our side when a neighbor was disrespectful.

Howard and his team were excellent to work with. We owned a house in San Diego and were stationed overseas. Even with the geographic/time zone separation, we didnt have a single problem with any of our tenants during our three years of working with SDPPM. They were always quick to answer any questions and keep us apprised during transitions.They even helped us sell our house from Japan. Talk about going above and beyond! The only complaint I can make is that they were a little more aggressive in accepting an offer than we were comfortable with. That being said, it was probably the right decision to accept and the selling process went about as smoothly as possible after that thanks to their hard work.

Not exaggerating, but by far one of the “BEST” experience with SDPPM. Professionalism, “Prompt” Response and Truthfulness are the true hallmark of SDPPM business. As a renter, I never had to bother for any repair or any issue…every issue / repair taken care of. Highly recommend for property management as an owner and renter. I rented a property managed by them. When the owners decided to sell I was given the oportunity to buy. Howard negotiated a very fair price. He was very fair in representing both the seller and myself (buyer) throughout the entire Escrow process.

I had a condo for three years that I used SDPPM. I was in tough living situation where I had to move and for family reasons couldnt take the time to do it myself. Howard and crew basically did it all and got it rented within a reasonable amount time with a rate that was comparable on the market. they are very tough on renters and make sure they place your property with good renters. I sold my condo so I do not need the services anymore but would use them again in a heartbeat. If I need to rent a place I am going to try to use them :-)

This firm does exactly what they say they will do. Provide you with excellent tenants who pay on time like clockwork and who take good care of your property. I cannot say enough good things about the way SDPPM has handled our property - excellent from start to finish.

SDPPM offers amazing services for property owners. They have managed two homes for me, and I have always received the best service. Of utmost importance to me is the caliber of the tenants. Howard and Michael bring qualified renters who take good care of the property and pay rent on time. Communication with SDPPM is great, and monthly statements and deposits occur like clockwork.

I utilized SDPPM a few years back......Very slow at getting back with answering questions......One of the managers told me he didn’t like handling properties in Pacific Beach due to the younger tenants who party.....The condo office called me to address a problem when they couldn’t get a hold of the property management office......I now have a new property management company of which I have had no problems.....Use caution if you own property in PB.....

I have been a tenet, of a property that they manage for about 2 1/2 years now. SDPPM is prompt in helping take care of ANY and ALL of my needs with the rental. They have been so helpful, and courteous in assisting us.

I used to take care of my rental property myself. Now that SDPPM is managing it, I have saved myself tons of time. Howard Boehm and his crew find good tenants who pay on time and take good care of the property. Expenses for repairs have been minimal and SDPPM charges a fair, current market rate, so I also benefit financially. The small fee I pay is well worth the money.
