Tom Tran is waaay better than any other agent I have ever worked with. The first time I saw Tom I thought oh he looks to young, but was I surprised. Tom is first off super respectful and vary energetic. I know the economy is really tough to buy a house at the moment, but if you put your trust in Tom you will find the diamond you were looking for. Tom is very punctual very attentive and gives you all his attention when he is with you. When I started looking at houses with Tom, I had my wish list and a what I was willing to compromise on to find a house in my budget. Tom worked diligently showing us houses and looking for houses that would work for us. Tom was always in contact with us every day showing us potentials and strategizing for the one we liked. Tom found a house for us in no time, even though the housing inventory was low. Not only did we love the house but it met all of the things on my wish list and my lady’s wish list. I trusted Tom to guide me through the whole bidding war that is happening in this economy. Tom’s strategy for winning us the house was on point. The whole transaction was fast, easy and painless thanks to Tom. Tom and Robert were able to close escrow in 19 days and now we are in a house we love. I am relatively new to San Diego. I am older than your average first-time home buyer. I am also old-fashioned and well set into my own ways. Financially speaking, Mr. Tran possesses the ability to cater to a wide variety of prospect home buyers: from your average solo-bread-winner buyer to the well-off, savvy real estate investor and anything in between. Not to mention, he also is acquainted with other fields that go hand in hand with real estate. Of course !, his comments will start off with a verbal disclaimer that one seeks advise from the right licensed professionals in that other field. In retrospect, if I had to do my own home buying experience all over again, I would still opt to hire his services. Not because my experience was a picture-perfect one which got our offer accepted the first time around; but because I had the opportunity to see him thrive and conquer despite a challenging and unique set of personal circumstances which he maneuver through and negotiated on our behalf and in our best interest. Eventually, reaching our goal -- f i n d i n g o u r h o m e. Mr. Tran helped me and my Mother find not just a condo unit; but rather, a condo unit that offered it all !, realistically. He met both our collective as well as our individual needs. If I had to describe Mr. Tran, I would say he is very motivated, highly energized, makes himself available almost every day from early morning to late evening hours, knows the real estate field, promptly replies to inquiries and is not afraid to admit if he does not know an answer; but, will certainly investigate it for one since he is well backed up by several senior, seasoned real estate Agents and loan Officers. Personally, I had the chance to witness Mr. Tran perform his set of skills as he listened to my own needs-and-wants scenario in order to carefully plan the best thought-out strategy, at that particular time, to put together an offer that had the highest permissible likelihood of getting accepted by the Sellers. Needless to say, as competitive as house markets can be, the first two were near misses; however, he never lost his momentum and the third time around was a charm ! in fact. We scored big time ! On a personal level, I learned one must never judge a book by its cover. Mr. Tran is a true believer of the whole melting-pot concept. He is a fine gentleman who welcomed and greeted me since we met. So much so that, by the end of our successful business relationship, we both clicked and, despite our differences in age, past experiences and ethnic backgrounds; we became, if not friends, then respectful, sincere and strong acquaintances for certain. Our daughter was accepted by UCSD we are from Oregon. We had been looking for condo to buy in San Diego. I contacted number of local realtors in San Diego.
