I am a Veteran who is new to San Diego. This is my first time using the V.A. Home Loan Benefit. I did NOT just want any home Loan Officer. I was in the market seeking homes for my mom and I. I knew very little about the whole process, however I was diligent in my research, googling anything and everything. I got mortgage quotes from 2 banks, 4 brokers, and interviewed over 10 real estate agents in the first few weeks of my search.
