Scott and his team were awesome. We had a VA loan, wanted to take some cash out and drop our rate, and accomplished both. It was refreshing dealing with someone whos local, I can call, text, and is responsive.

From the initial first contact, to chatting about options, applying online from our smart phone, having our credit run free, him laying out our options, I cant say enough. As a first time home buyer, with a great job, but little money to use for a down payment or closing costs, I didnt know what to expect. But, after closing on my home in Santee, with very little money out of MY pocket, I am now a happy home owner.
