They will not take your calls, nothing will get done, they really dont care about your problems or will help you solve problems. Its better to just do it your self, they always have an excuse on why they couldnt do something

This must be an almost 400 dollar a month scam. Of all the multiple issues I’ve emailed or called Hugh about he’s never once responded or gotten back to me. Literally the most useless property manager/owner. I dont know how this company is legally doing business in SD.

If youre looking for a property management company for your property, look no further than PMC. It may sound like I work there but thats not the case. Ive just dealt with them for many years & Im never disappointed. They know their stuff. They take care of their customers and their customers properties.

Terrible company. They dont return phone calls or respond to emails in a timely timely manner. You get what you pay for. Hugh Maynard dosent seem to have many fans out there... because he is a terrible owner of a terrible company. The reviews speak for themselves. Two star rating on Yelp.

Fern Einhorn & Hugh Maynard are running a scam in San Diego and need to be reported licenses revoked. You can call the office but nobody will ever let you speak with Fern or Hugh. PMC Hoa has been scamming the San Diego homeowners in San Diego since 1979.PMC HOA is a bad company that should not exist.

Fern is the worse.Shes incompetent and a liar.How shes still employed with PMC is a good question.They must be a racket.My mother is investigating them.

PMC HOA is by far the worst management company in San Diego they are a complete SCAM and Fern must be mentally & physically unequipped to handle anything. She has left us with no laundry for over 3 months. Report PMC HOA because they are a complete scam.
