Quite disappointed with their consistently poor treatment of customers.I went in today, after booking an appointment and a clear request for a loaner car, for my routine 30K service for E300. Despite repeated confirmation for the appointment, they had a long wait to check in me, and when finally the advisor arrived to take in the vehicle, about 45 mins later, he informed that I am wait listed for a loaner and he was not sure when that would be available.What amused me is that, for a routine 1-2 hour service, dealership wanted me to wait in the line for 30 mins after giving me an appointment for a specific time to come in. I still had to wait for another 15-20 mins for a service advisor to show up. Waiting Lounge was full, customers are sitting on the FLOOR (this is Mercedes and not a bus station) - they do not even provide additional chairs or seating space. After all that, Service provider shares that he is not able to give me a loaner car. So, I just walked out and will now explore another MB dealership (Carlsbad or Escondido) for all my future services needs.I had the similar poor experience last year during my 2nd year service and at that time, I provided feedback to MS team to help them improve. But looks like service has become far worse now - perhaps too many customers are pouring for service and the dealership seems to be not caring about treating each customer with their same brand promise.Businesses with such poor service do not last long. Time for companies like Tesla - which are sold direct to consumer (no middlemen to dilute the brand ) and do not need annual service. Perhaps MB America needs to know that.

They werent able to tell me what was wrong with my car after 2weeks of being there. I was supposed to pay a 200.00 engine diagnostic fee and a 200.00 alternator/battery diagnostic fee. Then after my sending me a laundry list of things I did not need to replace, I got a 95% diagnoses, they said they werent 100% sure why the check engine light was on and how much the exact total would be and suggested the first thing they try would be a ME control unit which is around 2,600.00 and they said it would possibly still not fix it and they didnt know what the next suggestions would be other than to fix every single thing on the car which would be a total of 7,500.00 the car is a Mercedes C230 2006. I ended up getting my car back for 100.00 with an empty tank of gas, dirty, and an oil leak which was not there before I brought it in. Very much dissatisfied with the experience but the service manager was still very nice and worked with me and apologized for the frustration. Very great CUSTOMER SERVICE but I think the technicians were somewhat ill equipped or lacking experience.

Great customer service. Everyone was extremely professional. My vehicle maintenance was done in a timely fashion. The communication during the maintenance process was superb. The loaner car was amazing. Would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone involved with the Mercedes Benz brand.

The most dishonest service center I have encountered in 25 years since I’ve been servicing car at the dealership. I received my loaner with less than full gas, traveled 40+ miles, fueled up to full, turned in same day and told Jessica Tabos that I filled the tank and yet they charged 13.3 gallons as if the car was empty. Called in the service advisor and seemed like she is not even concerned about the issues I told her and told me to call back Monday as all of their department managers are off for the weekend. Do not use their service center.

They told us we needed an over $2000 repair, but when we took our ML to another independent service & repair shop in El Cajon, they said we did not need it AND we also took it to Mercedes of El Cajon & they agreed we didnt need the other repair Mercedes of San Diego had tried to get us to do. San Diego Mercedes are con artists! We will never take any of our Mercedes there ever!

Ive been patronizing this dealership for almost 15 years. Never the cheapest, but always honest and knowledgeable. Well....change is here. Its nothing I can believe in. The point of contact between the customer and the mechanic is the service advisor. Dealerships make a significant portion of their revenue from service. Therefore, I shall now refer to the advisors as sales persons. Luke Morgan is one of those sales employees. I have never encountered a service person with less knowledge. With less automotive experience. With less integrity. He does have an ability. The ability to speak with ease off inaccuracies. I would offer the suggestion to send him back to the showroom sales floor. But he wouldnt cut it there either. Its a shame because the mechanical work in the garage has always been professional. Time to take my business elsewhere. Only knowing that Dealerships change service salespersons like underwear gives me solace. Solace that Luke Morgan will soon be back driving for Uber....
