Literally horrible, i’m sorry.. there may be good reviews but i beg to differ. I gave the lady polite instructions about my toes how they are short so please keep them long and how my big toe is hurting. Everything was fine until she continued to hurt me and cut my nails super short. She then proceeded to rush me out and just go to the next customer. I did not feel well taken care of.

Went here for the first time today. I had an absolutely fantastic experience from the moment I walked in the door everyone was very friendly. They make it their goal to make sure you are 110% satisfied. I had April as my nail tech, her attention to detail was flawless and she was super gentle, and I mean Ive never had a nail tech that was as gentle as she was. My nails came out fantastic and I will definitely be going back here from now on 🙂

I love this salon SO much. I’ve never had a bad experience and they’re always there when I have a nail emergency. I miss April and our little chats!! I had to stop coming because of fiancé’s but I can’t wait to get my nails done again. #1 spot to get your nails done in San Diego.

The tech peeled off my nails without filing or soaking even after I ask to soak them. That damages natural nails.

Reviews seem to be polarizing, and it revolves around pricing, but we had a good experience with our pedicures and prices seem fair. Drinks were complimentary as well.

I asked how much manipedi would be I was told $35 however when I got toregister to pay I was told $60..bate and switch no justification for it..I will contact the BBB.

I was the only customer here and they treated me like a Queen. They do the best manicures and pedicures. Give them a chance. You wont be disappointed.

They told me $45 to remove and put a new set of acrylics on. When done charged me $50. They said it was because they had to take gel polish off.

The tech burned me several times with the electric file. Then did not put a base coat under polish. He said you dont do that with acrylics only natural nails. NOT TRUE!!!!!

Ive been visiting this nail salon since a little after they opened. Clean place with very friendly staff. They do your nails exactly how you want. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is the price can be a bit high, i.e: $25 for a basic pedicure. If there was some extra type of scrub or even tiger balm used with the massage for the pedicure, itd be more worth it.

This has been my go to salon since it opened! The service is great and the results are also! It’s a welcoming and warm environment. All of the staff and owners aim to please the customers. The best in the Poway area of San Diego!!!

I was so excited when this place opened. Its close and very convenient for me. However I was horrified at the prices - even WITH 20 or 25% off. Im never going here again unfortunately
