I’m new in the area and was pleased the first time, even though a nail broke when I got home Denise was so nice to me and she fixed it with np. The last time I came Denise was not there and I asked Michael to do a very simple design. He started to speak very loudly to the other nail tech and his body language definitely made me feel like I was unwanted there. Another young lady offered to do my nails and I told her I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave however she made me feel a little better and I went ahead and stayed. My nails had to be done by two people (The design was just a smiley face… nothing huge). I spent 2 1/2 hours in there… not waiting just getting my nails done. I get home and my nails break one after the other. I went back and they fixed them and later that day- they broke again. My complaint here is that I was made to feel like I was a burden on them, the quality of my nails were unsatisfactory. I should not have to constantly return to fix my nails. I’m a writer not a construction worker. I’m not sure if it was due to the color of skin but I felt so uncomfortable that I will not return there. It’s my choice who I spend my money with and this was extremely alienating and rude.

Best service ever! Today I have my pedicure done with Kim, she is phenomenal, take her time for massage, the shop is extremely clean, highly recommended, definitely coming back!

I came here to try a new nail spot out since they moved up 5th ave. The reviews looked great! But my experience was far from the 4 and 5 star reviews. This place is up there with one of the worst nail salons I have been to.I was deeply cut on one of my toes (it wouldn’t stop bleeding for most of the pedi) but basically most of my toes were cut. The mani/pedi polish I could have done way better on my own. I wanted clear polish on my hands because I am a artist and hairdresser. So to put anything nice on my nails it’s not worth it. Once I said three times just clear I felt like the technician just got upset and sloppy.There was no one in the salon and I felt like it was rushed out of there. 65 plus 15 dollar tip is not worth for the services I received. My nails look 25% better than they did before I walked into that salon. I will not be a repeat customer!

I have never left a review but i had to becauseI cant believe whatI encountered.. im new to the area and tried this place out, this was by far the worse manicure and pedicure i ever experienced. Very poor job, rushed job, I am disappointed in the service and unsanitary. I still paid and tip but im upset. I didnt receive the full deluxe pedicure that I paid for. The lady that did my pedicure, threw her face mask and my towel that she cut my cuticles on, in the water that my feet were in at the moment. My manicure lady a sloppy job. Not happy 😡

Salon Personnel was very friendly and my nails turned out great. Their attention to detail was amazing! I was visiting from out of town and selected Nailology randomly. Was very happy with the results.

First off, the place is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is attentive as long as you say what you’d like. They’re very kind, so don’t be afraid to speak up :)Lovely attention to detail in the nail work! Request Lam for gel manicures.If you’re getting a pedicure, go for the callous remover! You’ll have baby feet in minutes. Incredible.

I called and asked if they had 2 openings for a girlfriend and myself about an hour and a half before closing they said yes so we show up and they said that they only had room for one so we drove all the way there for nothing I think there was a language barrier more than likely either way they shouldnt have somebody that doesnt speak English very well answering the phones

I love this place because the look is beautiful and on top of that my lady, I forgot her name because I suck, talks to me through the whole time I get my nails done and is a genuinely sweet woman. I had broke 2 nails a few days after and she not only fixed them for no charge but filed ALL of my nails down and repainted them. I will always come back to this place!

Always top notch service. Regularly get fills and pedicure with special design. It is worth the money and time. Been pleased with their service for years, even with ownership changes.

Ive been going here for 15 years and I would not go to any other nail salon. The service and the people are fantastic and you cant beat their prices!! I also love all the new changes.

Wanted to go for nail design, called ahead to see if they can do a gel mani with design hey said yes. When I got there, they sat me down and said someone was coming. I waited for 30 minutes and didnt say a word to me. So I left. Such a shame coz I really was looking forward to getting my nails designed

Qticles was fantastic! I had just arrived to San Diego and was looking for a walk-in pedicure. I stopped into 2 other places before Qticles and the staff at the other nail joints were unwelcoming. I am so glad I stumbled across Qticles. They greeted me the moment I walked in and had me wait in a comfy pedicure chair until it was my turn. Their prices were great and the woman did a wonderful job on my pedicure! I will definitely be coming back to this place on my next visit to PB!

Ive been coming here for years. Great pedicures. I never have to wait and large color selection. Ive tried other places, but I keep coming back here. They do manicures and pedicures, but I usually just go for the pedicure. They have a great menu of options and a frequent visitor card. My last pedicure was $20 off because my card was full.

My daughter and I always have such a great experience at this nail salon! Everything here is very clean and well organized. All the nail technicians are very attentive and professional. We are looking forward to coming back again and getting pampered!!

Hands down one of the best pedicures I have ever had! Staff was very friendly. They used all single use files and buffers. Very clean inside. I did the mask, paraffin wax, and scrub. Absolutely amazing!!!!

I had a great gel manicure with Tina. Prompt, friendly, and pretty manicure.

Polite, kind staff. They are touching feet all day and yet a smile on their face. Definitely a pampered treatment. Do suggest to learn some kind Vietnamese phrases; learning anothers language is a great respect.

I did not like this place at all. They were rude to me and my cousins and the lady didnt place my nails on the right away. Its barely been 2 days and it already looks like I need a fill and no my nails dont grow that fast
