Ive been coming to Royal Nailsfor many years. Their place is very clean, and relaxing. Everyone is so kind and they do an absolutely amazing job every single time. I would seriously give this place 10 stars!⭐

Great customer service. Friendly, courteous, respectful. First time here. Will be a repeat customer. Had my nails done for the first time. Full acrylic nails and manicure. 💕 my nails and have gotten nothing but compliments.

They couldnt do what I wanted done which was a very simple easy thing to do so I had to pick something different so I just decided to have a full set with just all white short matte coffin nails. I got my eyebrows waxed as well the total was $85 how in the world did it cost that much it makes no sense to me the nails were so easy for her to do and they looked pretty good my pinky nail was really crooked they did not last long either normally they last around 3 weeks I broke my first nail after only 11 days. The way I broke it was just opening some candy for my daughter so that was absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. I think that they might have good nail technicians there, but super overpriced if you ask me and I couldnt believe they did not know how to do what I was asking. I will never go back there because of the pricing.

I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure, Michelle did an excellent job! All of the staff was so sweet and there were so many colors to pick from. I bought my mom a gift certificate and I cant wait to take her! Great and convenient location, definitely recommend stopping by whether youre trying to cut traffic after work or on your lunch break

First time here! Had a wonderful experience! Walked in and didn’t have to wait. I got a full set and a design. Prices were normal for what I got. Definitely will be back!!! Mia was my manicurist and she was amazing!

I go to JoAnn she is the best manicurist I’ve ever had( and I was licensed back in the 80’s). She does all her filing first and after she brushes on acrylic she doesn’t need to fix anything but shape bc she’s very skilled. All of them do great pedicures but again Joann is the BEST!

Michelle, owner of Royal Nails & Spa, treats her employees with respect. This matters because, it’s not only the right thing to do, but employees that are fulfilled and happy are able to transfer such gratitude to customers which makes for a positive atmosphere. Besides a full range of hand and feet nail services Michelle offers body and facial waxings and massages that convince she knows what she’s doing and the bonus is that she takes her time because she doesn’t overbook. Michelle keeps up with the latest services by attending Health & Beauty Trade Shows and so can offer new products and technology. For example Michelle has a Foot Spa Detox that pulls the toxins out of your body (through a foot bath). She also has a service for waxing inside nostrils for men and women resulting in a fresh, clean feeling. Michelle applies eyelash extensions meticulously with the confidence of a surgeon. By the way, Michelle has fresh orchids, plants and stalks throughout - a nice touch in my eyes. Royal Nails & Spa is a find that is tucked behind an El Pollo Loco on Genesee across the street from the Home Depot. No attitudes! Just first class service like you’re in Monaco on the French Riviera!

I had to wait 40 minutes even though I made an appointment. The lady I got was nice but she didn’t let me pick the length for my acrylics. She didn’t listen to me when I told her that she didn’t cover all of my nail with the nail polish and once I was out of the salon I saw that all my nails where crooked. Not a good experience

Everyone here is fabulous the ladies are so nice and Mia does such a beautiful job on my nails! Love her!! And Joanne my darling is so fabulous she does a lovely job on my brows every time. All the technicians at this facility are very skilled and sanitary one of my favs honestly it’s the only place I go thanks royal nails! Love you guys

Ive been going there consistently since June and theyve always done a good job but within the last two months everytime Ive gotten my nails done shes made the acrylic so thin that my nails break all the way down to the skin. Its not only terrible to look at, it hurts a lot. Ill never go back and its really sad because I really enjoy the ladies there theyre all sweet but if I tell someone multiple times to make my nails thicker because they keep breaking and they dont every time I get fed up

As for males...you’ll get an OK manicure, however when it comes to a $35 pedicure, it’s simply a waste of money & time.When I got home & looked closer at the bottom of my feet, I couldn’t tell difference between before & after getting pedicure.Oh & why would you handle cash & go right back to doing manicure without washing your hands first?

Ive gotten my nails done and always perfect, Ive gotten eyelash extensions by Michelle and perfect, facials relaxing and your skin feeling and looking perfect. Nails with tracy or Joann and facials and extensions with Michelle. Pedicures with Holly. You will not regret your experience.

Somewhat pricy but we love this place.... the girls are great...nice chairs and seating areas...very clean and professional(side note: as with all nail places you must pay attention to all the little additions because it could blow the budget you allowed yourself before walking in)

Very friendly place and the ladies are awesome. Either Michelle or Mimi do my fingernails and Kathy takes care of my pedicures. Highly recommended.
