I just had the BEST gel pedicure with V. She was so kind & thorough, & my toes look amazing! I got the deluxe spa package with a clay mask, hot stone massage, extra massage time, & callous treatment. It all felt amazing & my feet feel brand new! She was friendly & helpful. They had tons of colors to choose from, cozy massage chairs, & the environment was clean. Highly recommend!

My first time and I made an appointment with Emily and she was awesome. She took her time and did a nice clean job. Ive been so disappointed by the last place I went, so finding a good nail lady was everything! Prices are great! She was so patient with me and I was so happy with how they turned out! The people are sweet, however the service did not live up to the hospitality. I asked for extra callus remover for my pedicure and I never received it. I also broke a nail 4 days after my service, came back a week after I got my nails done and went to the same lady who did them. The first time I asked for my nails to be coffin shaped, and when she fixed my nail she did not even bother to shape it to look like the rest of my hand. I have 9 fingers that are coffin shaped and one that is extremely square. I would not recommend anybody come get acrylics here.

I Went today at 1;30 PM and this is what i asked for (the pic) the lady told me no because the flower design takes to long i told her but im paying and she just made a weird face at me so i was just like okay ill just do the colorful ombre... all utensils they use are used when they should all be brand new especially because of covid for example the nail buffers and files. I didnt get his name but he was wearing an Adidas jacket and his thumb nail was shaped as a triangle lol never going back here

We love this place. when we lived in san diego, there was no other salon for us. now that we live in another city, we make time to get services anytime we visit. and no matter how long we have been gone, they always remember us ❤ the quality of service/product is pretty damn awesome too.

Go somewhere else!! If you are looking for good color options and designs this is NOT the place to go.

I went in this salon without an appointment but they kindly found the time to do my nails. the nail techs are extremely nice, very gentle with your nails and easy to talk to. i showed them a picture of how i wanted my nails and they made them look even better. i love how my nails turned out, highly recommend!

THE ONLY SALON IN SAN DIEGO to ever make me genuinely HAPPY. Usually I agree to whatever happens on my nails cause I’m picky but THIS PLACE??? She made my nail dreams come true today!!! They took me as the last customer and I was afraid they might be rude but Thao and her husband were so friendly and upbeat the entire time, my technician Ratana kept her head in the game and meticulously shaped all my nails with precision. Her design was better than the photo I showed her to copy. The place was clean. Nails were symmetrical and she cleaned up my fingers after. The price was WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than I expected for such good work. I applaud y’all- you’re doing it right! Customer for Life ♥️♥️♥️💅🏽UPDATE: two week later it pouring rain, I run into my mobile order at Starbucks. An elderly couple stops me as I’m opening my umbrella to leave and demands to see my nails because they’ve never seen such pretty nails in all they’re lives! They were like EIGHTY YEARS OLD ! So sweet really and I need a fill too so I guess I know where I’m forever going ! Bravo

Selina is the best! Shes very sweet and does an amazing job! I get gel on my nails and toes and she is quick but takes her time with the massage and my nails always look perfect!! Love love love her. Ive told all my friends to go see her!

From the minute you walk in the door, this salon is happy, professional and a joy to be in. I asked for Almond nails, which is a new shape that is trending right now. And not only did I get a great set of Almond nails I got the best set of nails I have ever experienced! Both Vicky, the owner and Kim, my nail tech, where pleasant and kind. They offer many more services than nails and pedicures. When you walk in the door they are happy to see you. Even if youve never been there before. To me, despite a tiny store front in a strip mall, this place is heaven on earth and everyone in San Diego County should be getting rheir nails done there. Their prices are amazing and the craftsmanship beyond reproach. I feel qualified to fairly evaluate the salon because I myself am a licensed nail tech in the state of California . You are truly missing out if you dont try this place out. You wont be disappointed. I give this place five stars in every category.

This Salon is the best in San Diego. I reside in Snowflake AZ, and have traveled to San Diego to Rose Canyon Beauty and Spa with the sole purpose of getting my nails done. Very positive vibes,and amazing techs! They will most definitely fulfil your nail design fantasys. They are fully stocked with the most high tech nail products. Great prices highly recommend.

New owners! Loved the previous owner so was a bit nervous. They have done some nice renovation with beautiful spa chairs. Great spa type products- I will keep coming for sure.

I walked in to get my nails done, it was 2 and a half hours before they closed but they wouldnt accept me because they were too busy I said I could wait since I was doing laundry next door but they said no not tonight. Each tech was with 1 client each & they had no interest in working with me. They just lost my business for good.

Love this place!!! Ive been going here for 3 years now. And never once have had a bad experience. Mary does manicure full set with gel, and always know just what I want. And Kim gives me a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Its a one stop shop for me!! And I love that its very close to my work!!

Kim always takes good care of my eyebrows! My face was really red one day from the heat and that day I went to get my brows done and Kim was worried that my skin was irritated and waxing my eyebrows would irritated it more, so she put a cold towel on my face and it felt amazing, plus cool down! Not everyone does this type of things so I felt extra taken care of!

Decent price, nice massage chairs, and friendly staff. The man who did my pedicure had great technique and didnt tickle my feet.

I used to love this nail place. The former owner, Tai was always super friendly and find why’s to fit me in. But the previous owner sold the nailPlace to the new short chunky Asian lady in silk robe with a lot of make up on. She didn’t seem friendly at all. Plus she had a bunch of her siblings working there. Most of the nail ladies who were good and was there when Tai was there had left with him apparently.......It’s time for me to find a new nail place. You can also sense the place has gotten hostile towards the workers as well. The nail lady that I sometimes used when mine was out, didn’t seem like her happy self these days. I would not recommend this place. It’s not like how it used to be a month or more ago

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES - double check your charges from themThis USED to be my favorite spot to come with my friends and have a mani/pedi night. They have friendly staff and the pedicures were great but they have higher prices in comparison to the surrounding nail salons. I didnt mind the higher prices because the customer service and quality of work WAS there. With all this said, yesterday was the LAST time I will ever be a patron of this establishment.My friend, J, is a regular at this business and booked 5 pedicures and 1 manicure appointment for yesterday. The shop was super busy as they had 4 others sit down for a pedicure as soon as half of our party was done with ours. There was a customer paying and I wanted to take care of my tab since they were going to be busy taking care of other customers. The woman behind the register, Cindy, asked my pedicurist, Mai, how much my bill was. Mai told Cindy it was $25. I didnt second guess the price because I didnt look at the menu to see the costs, I just knew I was going to pay regardless what their prices were. I gave Cindy my card and tipped Mai in cash. Half the group was finished so the ones that were done, decided to leave and meet up later.My friend, A, stayed behind with her husband because she was still getting her nails done. When we meet up for dinner, A tells my of the drama that ensued after I left. Another pedicurist, that was working on my sister told the Manager/Owner, Thai, that I did not pay for my pedicure. This is then brought up to my friends who are still in the salon, Oh, your friend in the red shirt didnt pay. My friends husband advocates on my behalf and says, She did pay, I saw her. She wouldnt leave without paying because our friend J comes here all the time. How did two employees who I had direct interaction with for my payment not speak up and confirm that I paid. That responsibility was left up to my friends. After much back and forth in the salon, my pedicurist who I HANDED A CASH TIP to, says She paid $25 but it should have been $30 because she got a callus remover with her pedicure. My friends husband says that hell cover the $5 before Thai even has to say anything but thats not where it ends.Thai continues to badger my friends to tell them to call me and have me come back to pay the additional $5 that his staff forgot to include. He evens goes to the point of telling my friends to tell me that he is going to run my card for the $5. My friends tell them not to run my card and just give them $5 like they originally said they were going to do and told me about the saga.Does anyone not see the problems with this? If my friends were not there but you noticed that you undercharged me because of the fault of your own employees, would charge my card without notifying me? Just because my friends were there, you think its okay to charge my card as long as its assumed the message will be relayed to me? Were you hoping that I wasnt going to notice the second charge on my account? How many customers have you done this to that have not noticed? How did you plan on running my card when you didnt know who I was? Were you going to have my friends sort through all the credit card receipts and look for my last name?I have no issue paying for the services I received, I gave $5 to my friend for dealing with the issue on my behalf. My problem is the ethics in which you are operating your business with. A good business person would have coached their employee on quoting accurate prices to their customers, taken the $5 loss because it was a mistake on his employees end, and moved on. BUT NOPE, you chose to coerce my friends in to paying my tab that your employee didnt charge correctly, you attempted to charge my card without my authorization only to be deterred by my friends, and you chose to make your $5. You couldnt see the bigger picture so youve lost more than just $5 in the long run with your poor business practices.

This place is truly a gem of clairemont.With disappointments of my loyal nail salon in PB, I was on the hunt for a new place that could deliver a great, lasting, french pedi and (possibly) get a gel manicure for the first-time-ever. actually, first manicure in general EVER. yes, this raised quite the hoopla of amusement and shock of my facebook friends.Lets cut to the chase: $25 for a shellac / gel service which INCLUDES a full manicure treatment is pretty much insane. gotta be a hack job right? hell no. i cant even begin to gush enough at my beautiful nails. this place is CND certified, takes their time on every job, is professional, clean, and cares how your nails come out. An (the rock star at gels) noticed an imperfection on one of my nails and started that nail completely over. i was impressed. i mean, gels is a long multi-layer process. she kept telling me to relax my hands and stop being so stiff. such a manicure n00b :Pmy spa pedi ($20) was over all hour, included a much longer leg massage than Ive had in the past (Im fairly certain my lady didnt even break out the timer as Ive experienced before), and is just perfect. I get french for every nail service i do ($5 extra for both the pedi and gels) and the detail and overall execution is one of the most important elements to it. and of course, it lasting. My former place has gotten sloppy -not sure the reason but I was experiencing chips very soon after. Its been a week now since my pedi and my toes are still going strong - I believe more layers was put into it making it heartier. its got a high gloss and actually the appearance of more gel-like even though its regular polish.to sum it up, im thoroughly impressed. great prices, great service, no rush. tip these ladies well...they put such care and thought into their clients.

My cousin referred me to this nail salon. Its clean and not too busy when I went (lunch time). An appointment is recommended if you are crunched for time, especially if you want a certain person to do your mani/pedi. I made an appointment with Anne for a mani and pedi. There was another girl who did my pedi. Both were nice and they were able to get me in and out in 45 min. I got a gel mani and regular pedi and the mani lasted for a good 2 weeks. I thought it was pretty good. I would recommend this place.
