Great manicure and pedicure. They were able to get us(party of 2) in same day reservation for 230pm we called changed to 5pm with no problem. They were extremely friendly and will definitely be returning.

Worst massage experience ever. Can’t even call it a massage. It was more like an oiling down.

Might be the worst nails I have ever had. Bad, bad shape and really thick. $55 and I am going to pay someone to fix them. They are a complete mess. Looks like a child did them. I should have trusted the reviews 😒 maybe ok for a pedi but not nails.

Avoid at all cost! Went in yesterday to have shellac removed and just basic manicure. She literally started trying to PEEL my shellac off! When I complained it HURT, she laughed and tried another finger. I told her NO that she needed to soak them. She wrapped them to soak and left me sitting for 45 minutes. She then picked off remaining shellac with her fingers. My “manicure” was the most painful experience. She was so rough and left me bleeding on 4 fingers. A day later my cuticles are red and swollen. Then she charged me more than the posted price!

I went here ON MY BIRTHDAY hoping to get a massage because it was down the street from my Air B&B. I wanted a fill and that was all. What did they do? They started to TAKE OFF MY NAILS (I had acrylic and i wanted an acrylic fill). I kept asking why but the communication was not there. It was so painful and she was highly inconsiderate! The woman could not understand that I DID NOT WANT MY NAILS TAKEN OFF. I finally just let them take them off and left AS FAST AS I COULD and went down the street to get them put back on. :(TLDR: DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BEAUTIFUL ACRYLICS TAKEN OFF AND NAILS RIPPED UP.

If you are going inside the store. One of the lady....i think name is hien..? Anyways she always the one that stealing the customer from other people from the store. I can see by the way she does that because. When the next customer in and she is still working at a customer. She hurry’s and go get ready for the next customer when its not even her turn to do the next customer. Otherwise a pretty good place the other two lady is really awesome and nice and beautiful.

One the worst manicures /pedicures ever. Ive asked multple times to not cut my cuticles- but not only I got it cut but 2 of them were bleeding. During pedicure I didnt get callus treatment which I realized when I left. My gel manicure was less than satisfactory :( The salon is filthy and everything seems sticky.

I’ve been going to mission beach hair and nails for six years now. It has been most serendipitous because these 3 ladies— Amy, Dao, and hien— have become like family to me. If you’re looking for some fast, fancy, schmancy manicure or pedicure, I suggest you go to one of the malls. What you will receive here is the kindest, most attentive, pampering one-on-one experience ever— no extra charge for hand rubs, and foot rubs, and back rubs (unless u ask for them but they are usually part of the service). Personal attention is their motto. Once I accidentally glued my fingers together while trying to fix A nail and ran across the street to them. Amy clucked like a mother hen over me and immediately knew how to de-glue me! It doesnt matter when I come in, they are soo beyond loving and kind to me. We hug and share food sometimes. And they excel at everything!! Haircuts, manicures, pedicures— I feel so fortunate to have them in my life—. Can you say that about your manicurist?

Went with my mom and aunt for moms birthday, so friendly and took amazing care of us - well be back next year!

I went yesterday on a whim as a walkin and the lady was so nice and attentive and gave me an excellent pedicure. We just moved from the bay area and even my husband who never makes such comments said it looked better than any pedicure i ever got. I didnt get polish so i dont know about that but as far as the cleaning and massages they were great.

Service was great,the women in the shop were totally cool,and the prices were awesome.

Sorry to say the worst manicure I ever had! Old cakey nail polish, poor application by the technician, and the prices were higher than posted.Disappointed!
