NEVER coming back! The lady ( don’t know her name) who did my nails today totally didn’t know what she was doing or simply lied and damaged my nails when removing dip powder. I specifically mentioned that I don’t think taking a fake nail and ripping off the dip powder off my nail (it started lifting) is the right thing to do and will cause damage. She said it’s either that or the electric file that would damage it anyway. WRONG! She was supposed to do it same way you remove gel nail polish by slightly polishing and soaking in acetone. After I paid and walked out I googled it in my car and came back to tell her because she should never do this again to other customers. Her and Natalie kept arguing with me for a while but Natalie eventually agreed the lady made a mistake. My nails will probably take months to recover. I should have requested a refund but I stormed out mad and not ever wanting to deal with them again! Natalie, you should have been on my side in first place since I’ve been your loyal customer for over 3 years now and have never made a single complaint.

This is a review for the nail services. Got a French shellac manicure for $34 and regular pedicure for $23. Technically, Gin did a great job with the manicure. The pedicure was nothing to write home about. Massage was weak, but pleasant. When doing my heels the toughest part around the back of the heel couldve used more attention. The worst part about the experience: at 7:00pm I was waiting for my toes to dry. Then I was asked to pay because they had to close the machine. They close at 730. I HATE being rushed when waiting for my nails to dry. Consequently the top of my left big toe got smudged 5 min after leaving. Since its yellow its not as noticeable, but its the principle. Ill stop by tomorrow to see if they will fix it. All in all, a bit overpriced for the experience and lack of service. Ill be going elsewhere next time.

This place is decent. The ladies working their were polite and did a great job! Had a pedicure and full set done. I love more design on my nails and they did not knew how to make them thats why I did not gave them 4 stars but over all it is a great place for Poway area.

Umm. This is my go to nail spa in San Diego. Staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, and welcoming. My recent gel manicure is still intact 3 weeks later. Also, they have a loyalty program that gives you a free service on your 10th or 11th visit. Laura worked on my nails. She gave great advice and also did a great job providing exactly what I dreamed up. Thank you 🍒 Blossom. I highly recommend them!

I have found my new nail/massage salon and I am thrilled! Lori and Hannah both did a wonderful job on my nails and toes.-both making sure they knew what I was looking for. The atmosphere is lovely and quiet-if you are looking to change your salon please consider Cherry Blossom! I think you should make an appointment as they all are excellent and I think the women/men in RB are realizing we have choices, and a quiet, competent friendly specialized salon is what we are, looking for! I havent yet tried the massages and other amenities but I am excited to do so! If a little bit of pampering and a restful peaceful break plus beautiful work is what you are looking for-call Cherry Blossom-I am very pleased and I think you will be too!

Love this place. Very clean and always sanitizer, new buffer and nails files for each customers most of Nails places trying to save it for next clients. But never happening for this place. All my friends and family always come in here. Great service and customers care . Highly recommend

Made a last minute appointment, as I was staying in the area. Attractive and clean, and was very pleased with my pedicure. Comfortable chair in a semi-private area. I will return when in the area.

My family has been coming to this place for several years and today my daughter walked in to see if they would be able to take her without an appointment. She was rudely approached and was asked why she was even there and that there are very busy. Apparently, it wasnt even an option to try to schedule an appointment so my daughter left the salon and will not be returning. You dont have to be RUDE!

I used Local Flavor deal to get a 90 min massage for a half price. Kevin is great. He tailor the pressure to your need (he asks) and the outcome is the relaxed bod!

I have been coming here for almost a year now. I get a massage, facial, and a mani/pedi. I have always had a great experience. They also offer cash discount. After 10 massages you get a $10 discount. I highly recommend them.
