As a mental health professional, Ive worked with many providers around the San Diego area and throughout the country. Ive personally worked multiple complex cases alongside Achieve Concierge. Their ability to test, diagnose and stabilize complex clients through psychiatric interventions was top notch. Their expertise and always aiming to stay ahead of the curve through technology and new research is also very refreshing. For those seeking concierge psychiatric/clinical services. I would gladly trust them to treat a family member if the opportunity arises and it would be necessary to do so.

My children have been going to Dr. Inamdar ya Achieve for about 10 years. I have never experienced a Dr. like this before. The amount of care and personal attention is second to none. I have recommended many of friends to this office and all feel the same way I do. I wish all Dr.’s offices could be run like this. It reminds me of an old, small town Dr., but with all the newest technology. I feel so lucky I have found this office for my Children.

I highly reccomend Achieve concierge, Achieve medical and Aspire regenerative. I have had major depression and anxiety for most of my adult life. Iam 64 yrs old. I went to my first appointment March 2019 and I believe I got my life back that day. Dr. Inamdar got right on it. She spent a lot of time with us and with me alone. She recommended a number of therapies including a new anti-depressant and the life changing treatment of deep TMS. I started seeing Dr. Sheth, who also thought deep TMS would help me. I began treatments about a month later. After a week of treatment I was sleeping better! After 2 weeks, I actually felt better - my life was looking up literally and figuratively. I feel joy and happy everyday. Iam so extremely thankful for Achieve Medical and TMS, Dr. Inamdar, Dr. Sheth, Aspire regenerative--Dr McNally, Dr Lamoreaux, the technicians and the staff. Im an eating disorder therapist in San Diego, and Ive collaborated with therapist Hannah Rovazzini on a case. She was so passionate and thorough in her work with this family. She really goes the extra mile to help people recover for an eating disorder. I highly recommend her for eating disorder treatment.

An organization designed to mint money out of others suffering. Employs providers who does not have even NPI identifications ( like Hannah). Even if another therapist walks by during a session, you get billed by the other therapist too. Avoid this place

AVOID DR RAND KHOURI NEMEH....she doesn’t careMy daughter sought help from a Dr Rand Khouri Nemeh for depression. This doctor prescribed an antidepressant but never called/faxed/emailed it into the pharmacy. My daughter was told to call a number on a card she was given if she had any questions about the medication. She called to get help and hopefully have the dr call in the rx. The woman who answered the phone told her “this is for emergencies” THIS IS AN EMERGENCY TO US!! Depression is a serious illness. It is nearly 36 hours later and we have never heard from the doctor and the pharmacy still has no medication for her.AVOID DR RAND KHOURI NEMEH.....she doesn’t care
