Wasted many years trying various drugs. Turns out all I needed was exercise and to eat right. They never once encouraged that, probably because they are a drug research company and that would have been unprofitable.

I continue to be on time for my appointments and THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE... wasting my time sometimes up to 45 minutes. Their services are also a joke. It is your typical beaurocracy.

The system is horrible I was told my appoint was at 12:30, I came in at 12:15 and Im now sitting here at 12:53 and they are now telling me that my appoint is at 1. The service is horrible and they take their precious time. They are not helpful at all. And the worst customer service ever.

Caring staff, the doctors are wonderful, they have helped me with housing, medication, one on one with counseling, groups are available if needed, thank you.

I tried other programs for my brother, I feel comfortable with the doctor John Sullivan, great professional service, receptionist needs to improve customer services, Thank you.
