Great location, not too hard to find. Clean exterior and interior. Signage could be a little better but not bad.

An affordable professional working environment.

We have been here since 2012 and simply love it! Its so convenient to be able to bring my 2 dogs to work everyday. That has made it such a wonderful experience here. All of the art throughout the gallery is amazing. Courtney does such a great job at managing Smart Space and keeps everything running smoothly. I have never had such a pleasant experience at any other office building.

Such a great space to have an event or rent an office. The building walls are covered in beautiful art. Love being there.

I rent 2 offices here. The offices are nice, conference rooms are easy to book as there are several and the staff goes above and beyond! The cool artwork is a bonus!

We have been at SpartSpace now for 6 Years. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting. The services that are offered surpass any office building we have ever rented in our 35 years of business. The full time manager Courtney is awesome. She greets our clients, handles our mail, packages, and deliveries. She makes sure that everything runs smoothly. There are three beautiful conference rooms, and the art work is breath taking. Included in the rent is phone service, fax machine, copy machines, internet access, mail box and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside is a beautiful zen garden where you can relax. And they are a dog friendly building. Who could ask for anything more.

I have been a tenant here since August 2013 and its for a reason. I came from Regus in Mission Valley where they just nickel & dimed me for everything. SmartSpace is incredibly affordable and the office space is Pristine. The service is Tip-Top and the environment is incredibly supportive in terms of helping you build your business. Conference room space is unlimited after hours (5pm) and the art gallery is amazing. Amazing coffee room to provide for your clients. My clients have always loved coming to my office. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!
