I own a small business. This is the BEST POSTAL STORE IN ALL OF SAN DIEGO. Hands down. Ive gone plenty of other places but NOTHING compares to the knowledge, efficiency, prices and quality of service I have gotten at this establishment. I come back over and over. Its worth it to drive out of my way just to go here. They have 5 star reviews for a REASON. Trust me.

They are Super Awesome! My First time being in there was amazing they are so polite and friendly. My second time going in was also amazing very friendly a supportive again! My third time going in I had Art pieces Canvases that I painted on that were being shipped out to a customer they packaged my Art pieces! They are very knowledgeable! And fast! At packaging! They are so much better than the postal service and help find you the best and lowest price they can get you at for quick and safe shipping of your items to their destination. These guys hands down are the best you wont be disappointed and as you leave they welcome you to come back with smiles and wave goof bye see you next time!

A friend told me about this place, and ever since then, I’ve ONLY been taking my mail here!!! The staff is AMAZING and so personable and friendly! I never feel rushed ir like I’m a burden or bothering someone else (the way I do at USPS when I’m not 100% prepared). Even today, I brought a bag full of random Christmas gifts I didn’t have a box for and said that I needed one, and they helped me box it up and get it shipped out with the cheapest price possible. They triple taped the box, put plenty of those puffy peanuts inside, and made sure everything was perfect to ship. As long as I live in San Diego, I will always bring Aero Mail my business!

I had to get some fingerprinting and mailing done for my licensure board and had such a positive experience here! They were the nicest people and so thorough, double-checking that they were getting everything right along the way. I was not expecting to have such a great experience! Would highly recommend for all your mailing/fingerprinting needs!

If you need fingerprinting this is the place!! The staff were so sweet and kind. This is the first time someone got all my prints on the first try. I was in and out in less than 20mn. Would hands down use them again over any other fingerprinting service Ive used.

Amazing place to come to for all your mailing needs. Friendly and competent staff. I’d gladly pay a little more to be in and out quickly. I honestly don’t know why people still bother going to the postal office instead of these guys.

I use this place regularly to send my post, Amazon returns etc. I dont see it as a business transaction, its like going to a friends place, they are so helpful and friendly. They always remember my name, greet me and ask about my pets etc. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could.

I have used Aero Mail for years. It is my go to location for all mailing/shipping needs for both local and overseas. The also notarize and speak both English and Spanish. They are extremely customer friendly and helpful on advice as to the cheapest way to send. They recycle boxes and allow customers to use recycled boxes to ship packages. Many times Ive gone to Aero Mail and picked a free recycled box to use for shipping and packed it right there. Cant beat Aero Mail for convenience, cost, knowledge, service and friendliness.

I have had a mailbox at Aero mail for three years now. They are the most courteous and attentive mail business I have ever used! They remember me specifically whenever I walk in, and I really dont go by all that often. They remember my name and exactly where my mailbox is. Superb personal service! I highly recommend Aero Mail.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They provide and educate you with so many shipping options. They have the ability to ship through DHL, FedEx, UPS, and the Post Office. They also have a Notary available during their business hours which is very convenient. I have a mailbox with them for over 7 years and have always conducted my personal and professional business through them. Their prices are very reasonable, they help you tape your boxes and even offer free recycle boxes. I was just in there buying my holiday stamps, they had soooo many options, more than the Post Office. Im glad we have Aero Mail because their business positively impacts our community. This is the best place to go for mailing, family owned very, very nice and helpful...you would not mind paying extra (compared to the USPS) their service is superb and excellent!!!

Staff is friendly enough but their prices are extremely high. They also do not abide by the flat rate pricing you get from the post office using flat rate boxes.. Will avoid going to this place from now on.
