Yesterday I walked in and the bell rings when people walk in. The lady that was working hides behind this nook past the counter and is fidgeting with her phone saying “can’t I ever get a break.” Then she walks back, past the counter, completely ignores me, and turns her back to the counter (and to me) to put music on. I see her moving envelopes around and think, ok maybe she’s finishing up a task. She wasn’t. I said “excuse me” twice and then she asked me if I had a problem. She claimed she never saw or heard me, which is insane considering I was standing 2 feet from her. I think this is the older woman that works on Mondays that someone else wrote a bad review about. I went to the USPS on the other end of the shopping plaza and had the best experience. I recommend you do the same.
The first time I have ever given any company a one-star rating. If you contract for services at this postal annex and have expectations that they will keep regular hours be available to sign for packages that come in or to give you packages that you drive over to pick up during normal business hours then you will likely be very disappointed. When I brought up the issue they made it clear that it is not the managers fault but the owners fault who is not available. There is nobody in the postal annex to take responsibility for the issue and if you become frustrated they will make it clear that its your frustration thats misplaced and not their service. If you, like me value your time you will be very frustrated. This is not a one-time event but has happened on several occasions. I would advise anyone that has another option besides this particular postal annex that they should consider using that option instead .
The clerks working there are very nice but the owner(s) are rude and nastiest people you would ever want to meet. The only thing they care about is nickle and dimming people even though some of their business practices are clearly wrong. I am told unfortunately they own 10 to 13 of these postal places, but I would avoid them at all cost.
100% a front for something. A shocking amount of spam email has their address listed for a mailing address.
I’ve tried calling for a while and no answer. It’s the middle of the day and it says they are open.
What a great place. I never would of thought that I would of been taken care of in such a kind and understanding way. I shipped out a package via FedEx and the buyer received it broken. While FedEx did not feel the need to use the insurance I purchased to reimburse me, I called Postal Annex and spoke with the clerk, who told me she would be calling me back. It wasn’t but 10 min before the owner called and handled the situation. I received my insurance money back immediately. That’s customer service!! Thank you !!!
Under new management the service has gone down. Underground. Unfortunate. Under the previous management the staff and management were friendly and you wanted to just stop by and visit their store. No problem was too big or too small. Now its like pulling teeth to get anything. I don’t even want to buy anything in this store. Everything is overpriced. Even the postage stamps and shipping up charges. No thanks. I’ll take my business to the Postal Annex in La Jolla where the staff treat you like a customer should be treated. With dignity and respect.
The ladies in there are very nice. Ive been going there for a while now and everybody is always in a good mood. nice quick efficient service.

Im sorry but this place doesnt have a clue what they are doing. 1st time I went in there I tried to get my childs passport renewal done thru them. Filled out the forms, paid the service & they posted it for me. It got returned because a childs passport has to be done in person (I didnt know that).2nd time I went in there to post a letter internationally, which I have done several times elsewhere. They said it just needs a normal international stamp for $2.00. I said, are you sure as every time I post something at that size it costs me around $4.50. Sure as expected, it never made it internationally.Sorry but lost my business......
Needed a notary - but in my opinion Heather Davis was one of the WORST and MOST INCOMPETENT notaries Ive ever come across. Seemed SO bewildered and overwhelmed! I felt as if I WASTED my valuable time dealing with this train wreck! If you want to WASTE YOUR TIME, watch her try to figure out how to sign a form! Like watching a monkey try to figure out how to use a stick - if you want to watch an OBESE, RUDE, and DULL monkey play with a stick! Ha ha! (Oh yeah, she is grossly obese with clown like make up and tight clothes.) I personally found everything about her to be unprofessional and subpar.
Very slow service and the employees dont seem to move with any urgency even when lines are very long.

They are lazy people. They supposedly close at 4 but be warned that they close much sooner! Extremely unprofessional.
