Worst moving experience ever! They came a day late, and also 4hrs late on the day they finally came, packed in a hurry and forgot to pack a few things such as our swiffer and door decoration.Communication was also a NIGHTMARE!! Both my husband and I were trying to call and get a hold of someone for 3 hours on the day they were supposed to be there.Would give 0 stars to this company if I could, I’m 24wks pregnant and have a toddler to look after and this company caused me so much stress.They also didn’t know they were taking out fridge. I heard my husband talking on the phone for the initial inspection and he definitely told them our appliances were going.The packers themselves were good…so far, not sure what our things will look like on the other side.Horrible communication and planning on the company’s part, they did not stick to the plan. This company was hired by The Denali Group to deliver my home goods. Grant it a few things were damaged and a couple of things missing, no biggie.What got me upset was that I didnt receive 2 documents to list my damaged and missing items, the movers were in such a rush to leave and the manager they called was useless and never got in touch with me.I was able to retrieve the documents from another manager and boy was I surprised to see the 2 missing documents... they had forged my signature on them!Im currently in the process of my claim and will update the review as needed. I informed the manager at 1800 and someone at Denali, neither one of them ever got back to me.

Pack Rat moved our house full of furniture from Southern California to Charlotte NC in three containers and each one arrived without any problems and they were very easy to deal with. They were also the least expensive so I will definitely use them again.
