Zero customer service by their employees...Guy worked at morning shift at San Diego warehouse name Louis dont know how to reach out..Bad arrogant, behavior, no respect for other people time..Management have no control on employees work.He didnt handover paperwork. Just went on break didnt inform anyone is he done or not. I waswwas for him 35 mins then he came went in within 2 seconds he give me paperwork.Means everything was ready didnt handover before he went on break or assign someone else or report to their manager..Campany is lacking in it..And it will impact their Image ..
