Front end service from Sam was top notch. Very helpful and friendly.The package was a day late and I needed it for a client tomorrow so I went to the facility up pick it up before they sent it out on the truck. Getting customer service on the phone was a bit difficult, so is recommend giving local numbers vs just a generic central line.Also, Google maps directs you to the blood bank which shares the same address. So just drive around to the back side of that same building.

The most dishonest part of it all is they keep sending me an email, stating that I had changed the delivery! This Center is DISHONEST. Worst experience EVER!! from now on I rather not buy a product if its going to be ship by DHL, this place had my package for 12 days!! Gave me like 4 dates for delivery and NOTHING, I called customer service and they were really nice but could not do anything, I was given a name Susan Giles she is the supervisor of this place. Susan Giles responded to a message stating that my package was going to be delivered today. NOPE! I went to the office and after 15 minutes of looking it was at the warehouse! NOT BEING DELIVER like she promised. Terrible service. Im not sure if its this place or DHL in general but someone has to do something. 🤬🤬

Absolutely the WORST delivery company in The USA. It took DHL 10 days to deliver a package from the UK that was suppose to take 2 days. Save yourself the headache and use UPS or FedEx.

Unorganized and poor communication. DHL as a whole is a terrible company and this location is a direct reflection of that. The parking lot was overflowing with DHL vehicles and there was nowhere for customers to pick up packages. Signage was poor, and employees were randomly walking around the parking lot and wheeling packages around on carts - no wonder they always lose packages.I waited for 30 minutes in the lobby for someone to find my packaged AFTER someone from DHL called me and told me it was ready for pickup.8 phone calls to customer service later strung out over 2.5 days, I finally have my package thanks to 1 helpful employee who actually searched for it. He told me it was in the wrong location.

Had to drop off some envelopes and a box to ship out, only letting 2 people in, so that was good, two people came out to help me a young girl by the name of Sandra and a gentleman which I did not get his name, I believe he is new and Sandra was answering his questions on how and what needed to be done, I have no problem with that he is learning, but when a second customer came in Sandra was helping her and when the guy who was helping me asked her if there was anything else for him to do to finish my shipping she rolled her eyes at him with an attitude. I did not get his name but he was making sure everything was set on my end, I understand that she was helping someone else but no need for her eye rolling, I usually have everything picked up but today I dropped off and I his is the first time I get asked to show my ID and they take a copy of it.

I came to this location to pick up a package for my mom. The Employees here are very disrespectful. They don’t treat you well. When you first walk in they won’t even be at the front desk. They will be in the back and it’s confusing. There’s a tiny door bell by the dest you would have to ring. There is no sign to ask you to ring the bell. Then when they finally come out to help you they ask you what do you need.? They don’t greet you or treat you with respect right off the back. Then finally a gentleman came out to help. And he seemed to be new. We sat down, there was a sign for 2 people at a time in the office. Once we told him we are here for a package he said he will be right back. Then the manager comes out and asked us to leave because they Could only have 2 people inside. There was one other costumer besides us. And they asked me or my mom to leave disrespectfully instead of directing us after being helped by the gentleman so I told they manager she did not have to treat us disrespectfully like that

Hands down the worst delivery service to ever exist. Pray that whatever store you purchase products from does not use DHL for delivery. Consider yourself lucky if your package shows up a week late after paying extra for expedited shipping. Their reason for not getting me my package? They cited that the premises is closed. Received DHL package from overseas at this location. Office staff was helpful and nice and told me how I could pick up my package at this location by talking to them on the phone ahead of time.Location in general was fine, however finding the office and parking was difficult to an almost complete lack of public signs. Their public driveway entrance is rather hidden. I parked on the road instead. That was my only complaint however.Office is small but clean and organized and has a place to sit and wait. Staff guy found my package after about 10 minutes of looking in the back shipping & receiving area. Overall good experience.

Worst service and the poorest packaging I have ever seen, never going to use DHL again had two glasses shipped from Rome Italy and both were broken after we specifically told the packager to put bubble wrap and he assured us it would be handled, after numerous times asking, absolutely pathetic if you ask me, no quality whatsoever! Makes me so angry how someone could care so less about their job and quality of what they do, I don’t care what you do in life, but do it with some dignity and quality, giving them one star because they were at least able to make it to my house. Oh and they also said we had to sign for it, guy who probably delivered it new it was broken and didn’t want to face us, don’t blame him....

DHL is the only company worth using when shipping stuff overseas. Ive been running an online business that working with manufacturers in Asia, and the package that I sent by USPS never made it and FedEx/UPS charge an arm and a leg just to ship a box that barely weighs a pound! DHL is much more affordable and has also proven to be very reliable, with my samples making it to China is about 4 days. Also, all of the goods I receive are sent by DHL and all I have to do is send an email and the driver always leaves my packages where I ask, even though he has to use a code to open the side gate. My only wish is that they had more offices to go to.

DHL is awful all the way around...you have to do a deep search just to find this place Their website says they have this location but its a secret had to use google to find extra disappointment.they tried to deliver my package ONE DAY EARLY and while that may sound good we took time off on the PROMISED day NO notice was left and apparently one try is all you get. After that you have to do all the work and they make it difficult. 11/23/2019I ordered gifts from overseas and DHL failed to deliver them. The confirmation from the business and DHL said I would need to sign for the package. The package failed to arrive on the day DHL said they would deliver. On top of that, they said the package did arrive. On their website they had a photo of a package leaning against a building (not my house) with their GPS tracking post. I never received, nor did I sign for a package that day. I and my wife were home all day and DHL did not deliver the gifts. They failed to do their job. DHL customer service said I must contact the business over seas to get a refund.When I contacted their customer service they did a trace on the package and said their driver delivered it to my address. They said the must sign for package does not mean their driver has to hand it to you and you sign for it. This makes no sense and is asinine.If you can avoid DHL do so. I asked if the driver would be disciplined and the call-taker said she didnt know, but that the issue may be brought up in training.

The service is really bad. I paid for one day service and it is almost one week and I have not received my package. They moved the package several times in the US. They do not answer the questions when u call the customer service, they only go to the web with you tracking and say the same that you now before. According with the tracking, my package was delivered in another city and signed by another person. How that happened. This service is so bad. I will put one star because I can not put less.

The worst service! I asked the package to be left at the door and the delivery person not only did not leave it at the door but also did not even ring the doorbell! I called them right after they say they can not deliver it today !!! am going to loose my business because I cant ship my products on time. Never really write reviews but DHL has The worst delivery service. Just got off the phone with customer service and they were rude and unprofessional. I live in a house and drivers excuse to not deliver my item was he did not have my apartment number, are serious?!?! I paid someone to accept the package for me and now it wont be delivered until the next day. On top of that office/warehouse closes at 5pm and its barely 3pm and the driver is already back at the warehouse center on his way home.FedEx and UPS deliver packages almost daily and Ive never had an issue. Never using this company again.

After seeing all the low reviews and how nothing really gets sent on time or to the proper customer, Im terrified that my gift will never be delivered. This gift was meant for my boyfriend, we just lost our dog and was going to surprise him for christmas but I cant track where my package is exactly, it makes me so stressed out. Its said en route the past 2 days but its apparently still in San Diego. So far Im giving one star. DHL is the worst service out there...I cant even pick up my package after being told by the driver that the facility would be open until 5pm on Saturday...Oops, no there not, but they might be, no wait, they are not on paper, but you can swing by and check...WTF!!!! Called on Friday (9am when they open) to just pick up my package, but it was out for delivery...Get a call from the driver at 4:30 pm that hes here, after waiting all day...Unfortunately I was at the bank, so I asked can I pick them up tomorrow (Saturday) which the driver answered yes...Call to confirm this morning (Saturday) and we are closed, but maybe not...Get it together DHL

I hadnt known about DHL Express and went there to see about shipping a few things to Nairobi, Kenya. The cost seemed very high and the customer service rep provided a 20% discount -- thats when I learned it was Express -- the package would get there in two days. Crazy fast.

Its my first time to write a feedback on Google, because the DHL really makes me angry. My package should be delivered 2days ago on Sep 6th but it wasnt until now 8th. Ordered a Package from a website called wish. I have not had any trouble when it shipped through USPS. But when they shipped through DHL the tracking number says it was shipped to, Delivered and Signed by someone and somewhere in Louisiana I live in CA San Diego. How do you mess that up. I called the Company DHL and they said i need to contact the shipper. Which i did and asked what was the shipping address i was told it was My address in CA. So Frustrated with wasting my own time.GET IT together.

Awful delivery and customer service: i hv to be at home to receive and sign a letter, they give a date but never give a time range, they cant leave it at the letter box or sign it from my neighbors house, the carrier is not even allowed to call or recieve calls, customer service dont provide any other alternatives.
