Horrible experience the two times I’ve been here I’m not one to leave bad reviews or not put myself in peoples shoes but the lady who works here is just rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service I had a really long day and was rushing to get my stuff out of the dryer before 11pm and I got there exactly at 11:00 and it was closed the lights were off and she was gone and she locked up with my all my stuff in the dryers and I get it I was running late but i got there right at 11 that means she closed early knowing she advertises that they close at 11 and my stuff was still there and on top of that half of the washers and dryers don’t even work won’t ever be coming again if I could leave 0 stars I would

Ive been going here for over 15 years. Even though I dont live in the area anymore, I still make it a point to do all my laundry here. The owner are fantastic. A huge Plus is saying hello to there adorable dog

Ruth was really nice. Free wifi. Good washing machines. Snack machine available. Restroom is clean.Large folding tables.

After 3 bad experiences at the Mission Beach Laundromat - was happy to find this place.- 90% of units in working order.- On site attendee that ensures ppl move their laundry in a timely manner and also helps you locate open units.- So clean- Great seating area - lots of seats, comfortable Adirondack chairs, tables to eat at, a TV- Super efficient machines- relatively well priced.

One Stop is the only laundry mat in Pb I like going to and chilling at. There are lots of plants in the laundry mat and some seats. You can also walk to the beach, go on a run, have a beer across the street while doing your laundry. The people that run it are nice as long as you are polite and respectful. There are tons of washers and dryers and I’ve never had to wait and it’s never been over crowded.

Definitely Recommend! I drop off my laundry and she gets it done ✅ The clothes are always neatly folded and categorized and hung up when she is finished washing them. Everything is very clean and I come here weekly or biweekly for my laundry service. She is so very friendly and caring and the dog that is there is always greeting me and saying hi when I drop off and pick up my clothes.

The nicest staff ever! Whether its day or night they will always be cheery and available to help you with anything. Also its the cleanest laundromat Ive ever visited. I live in south mission and pass several other laundromats on the drive up there but im happy to do it because i know it will be a great experience. I have had Ruth doing my laundry for 12 years. She & her staff are fabulous. I would be lost without them. Great service ♥️

Very helpful staff. Your things are safe being washed and dried if you need to step out for a quick moment. As of today the washers are about $2 for the smallest load. Small dryers give you 8 minutes per .25 cents and larger dryers are 5 minutes per .25 cents. Great clean place!

One of the best laundromats Ive been to, I hate going to do laundry at these places usually but this one is clean and not usually crowded so I dont feel the same dread when it comes time to do laundry.

Coin machine did not want to take any one of my $1 bills. None of the machines take card. Old equipment and half of it is broken.

The laundry mat is great, comparable prices, always clean, conveniently located in the heart of PB and it is ran by the nicest people you can meet. Mr. Ruth and her husband Mike are so great and friendly to their customers! If you live close by and your complex doesnt have laundry go to One Stop Coin Laundry!

First time using a laundromat and the facility had a friendly older gentleman that pointed me to an open machine specific for the gear I was washing. He was there the whole time ensuring machine were empty after he allowed a short grace period for finished machines. Clean Facility. A couple machines out of order but is expected out of every laundromat. Would Recommend.

Michael who works at the laundry is a really friendly and very nice guy who helps when there are any questions.

The guy that works there is the worst. Every time he has to micromanage where and how you do your laundry, not to mention he has creeped out all of my female neighbors. Finally had to stop going after he refused to let me put my sheets in certain machines as if doing laundry doesnt suck enough already.

It rained today and my sweater is wet ... its 10:32 pm and I walked in to dry my sweater. As I walked in a stranger who later somewhat identified himself having to do something with the establishment ask if he could help me and I informed him that i was just going to dry my sweater because it was soaked by the rain ... apprehensivly said sorry but you are not ... I asked why? He answered because you didnt wash it here .... you need to wash it here to dry it... you need wash it here first then dry it.... why should i have to wash it here 1st ... it is a laundromat? The way he spoke to me made me feel discriminated against ... I just wanted dry my sweater so I can stay warm and dry instead of wet and cold... wow!!!Thanks

Machines clean and NOT smellyA little more than over locations--but CLEAN. I DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEMWITH THE WORKER--SHE WAS HELPFUL

Closes at 11PM, but actually cant wash after 930PM. Seriously? A wash only takes 23 minutes. That math doesnt add up.

Monday must be a bad day to go more then half the dryers have an out of order sign on them place is dirty a lil out dated Id say and I ended up having to dry my clothes for over an hour jezzzz they should turn this into a taco shop with all the buzz around here definitely paying for the view
