We bought a large comforter and needed a large capacity washing machine.First time coming in, staff was immediately super helpful, gave me the full walkthrough.The place is clean and in a nice building.No coins all machines use a card system.

A little pricey but machines were well kept and huge. Ill know next time. Very clean! Theyre great!

Huge and clean. Friendly folks. They also do your laundry and fold nicely. Plenty of parking spots right outside. You can sit inside and outdoors. The laundromat sits alongside the beautiful mural park.

I honestly only come for the free dry and free entertainment but overall this is a nice laundry mat. Beware of the homeless!!! One lady had to be escorted out after harassing a couple and was obviously high.. but on the bright side you could look at it as cheap entertainment

I have been doing laundry here since 2015 I think. There is always open washers. It is very clean. Free wifi. Parking is normally available unless there is some special event going on at Chicano park.

Little pricey but very good clean laundry place

Hands down, the best laundry facility if youre doing your own or dropping off your clothing for the staff to wash for you. All the machines (and there are lots of em) are always working. Grocery market nearby. All conveniently located under the SD/Coronado bridge.

I only love out when the manager is there though. He is polite, but firm about getting things done. Hes very helpful and easy to talk to. Ive never had better costumer service at a laundromat than here because of him. There are some women that work there who do not speak English hardly awry all which is a deterrent for great costumer service. I would love to reassure the employees individually but I dont know them all. If hes there everything runs smoothly and professionally. If not, the women there are not very nice at all.

I had an issue almost 2 weeks ago at the national laundry I explained to the people that the washer did not take my detergent and wasnt washing my clothes they just plain out did not give a damn, ☹️

Really calm and well taken care of laundry place. They have a card system where you add balance and it also racks up points. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They also have a drop off service.

This place is a good and clean laundry facility. There are plenty of washer/dryers a vending machine, wifi, fluff and fold/hanger laundry services (if youre super busy and cant stay to do laundry) seating/folding tables, and the customer service is very nice as well. There is plenty of parking all around and its easy to access. I would recommend doing laundry here because of the convenience of the other things there are to do in this area at the same time like, shopping at Northgate and going to some restaurants around the corner. The Bario Logan park area is pretty much right in this area as well. Overall good place to do laundry, clean, good customer service.

New washers, new dryers and its always clean. You get free dryers with a wash. And they have free coffee in the morning. I dont go anywhere else to do my laundry.

This place is Clean. The attendance clean everything. They make sure every hour. The prices on the washer are reasonable. You get a free dryer time for washing there.There is a bathroom. The bathroom is Clean as well.

Clean place, convinient location.

Very simple to get to from Coronado Island using 901 bus. It was the first stop after the bridge. Laundry attendants were very helpful. The washers and dryers were fairly new and efficient, I really appreciate the free Wi-Fi for customers.

I love this place. They offer good prices for self serve laundry with a very convenient card system. They also offer good prices for laundry drop off and they do a good job! Theres wifi, netflix running for those waiting. Theres free coffee in the morning as well as vending machines for snacks, beverages, and soaps. All in all I love this place and the trip is worth it. I have a laundromat in my apartment but I prefer this laundromat.

Worked here and the assistant manager was very rude to me and treat me really bad. She would make me work over time after working hours and do everything by myself while she just watch me. She wouldnt help me with customers when she was there she would just call my name out across the laundry mat and expect me to be there in the next second or else shell give me a mean mugging face. She worked there for a since they open and always tells everyone she was the owner but she wasnt. She will also talk about people she didnt like and be very rude if someone did something she didnt like. I wont say her name but Im pretty sure almost everyone that were my customers will agree with me.

Nice laundry i actually like it. been coming here for two years. but my last 2 trips i have notice customers using extreme chemicals to process their laundry and the fumes are extremely harmful. the laundry attandant doesnt do anything about it. and its all in a veiw where everybody can see. i had bring it to their attention to do something about it. laundry attendants need to be retrain.

Very good place, i usually go there at night and at that time is not too busy, you get to dry for free when you wash there, you have till 9:00 pm to do the last wash.

New clean machines. Looks like management took steps to ensure there are more carts and that they dont get lost.

Very nice place friendly service affordable prices bus stop near Mercado Barrio Logan it is rare to find bargains in San Diego without exploring all the little communities in this great city I have lived here for around 12 years all together and still find treasurable spots that reminds me you dont have to spend a lot of money in this city the most wonderful things are free

Love this place!! Clean nd well kwpt. No cost to dry. Only issue is its extremely busy all the time so i suggest u make time for dryers that u wait to get into. The dry fast tbo. Not enough carts or if there are customers hog them. Rudecustomers who are entirely to selfish with washers, dryers nd foldinh tablesb but staff is very friendly. Kids get a bit out of hand,running, riding scootersndyelling crying so bring earplugs like i do. Its an obstacle course but as far as services its exceptional!! Washers can be a bit pricey tho. 7.95 for 5 loads. Nd thats kinda high... but then its free dry so... i will return no doubt!!

Ive been washing here for 2 years now and its always been a well kept place & the machines run well. Staff is nice, theres free wifi and movies on the TVs. Its walking distance from various eateries and other than the occasional kid running around un-attended its one of the best laundromats Ive been to.

Very clean much newer place than most not ran down whatsoever the washers wash and the dryers dry very very well compared to most other laundry facilities oh and did I mention there free also as long as you wash there.Last the mega load washers can hold a small house in them I would bet most familys of 4-5 people could fit a weeks worth of clothes in one

Excellent very friendly staff arrive 8:09 pm and the last wash is at 8pm and they gave me the opportunity to wash and dry. I did not have to go back at 6 am.
