Dr. Samimi and his staff are incredible. From the very first to the very last visit I was made to feel welcome and important. Dr Samimi and his nurse always spent the time to answer my many, many questions but beyond that they took the time to get to know me and understand what was really important to me. In addition to being an awesome human, Dr Samimi is an amazing surgeon. Everything turned out even better than I expected. Dr. Samimi was very creative in making me the very best version of myself. I will be eternally grateful.

Dr. Samimi is an amazing plastic surgeon. He has a beautiful bedside manner and is compassionate, caring, and extremely competent in his work. I have seen him for procedures such as breast augmentation, liposuction, abdominoplasty, fillers, and Botox. His office staff and nurses are the best. Firstly, I would like to say that I am not on social media of any kind but felt it important to post this review. I, like another Google reviewer went to Dr. Samimi after needing a 4th revision to my double mastectomy.  My other surgeries were done by a Plastic Surgeon in Orange County who no longer took my insurance. Since I now live in San Diego I took my time researching every Plastic Surgeon in this area.  When I read Dr. Samimis Curriculum Vitae and his reviews, I knew I had found the right surgeon for me.  I was not wrong.  My surgery went well and I am recovering nicely.  Dr. Samimi offered me an honest opinion and answered all my questions.  He was patient, kind and encouraging.   His staff was equally competent taking care of insurance or addressing any concerns or questions I had.  I am thankful to Dr. Samimi for choosing this field of surgery to go into.  I am a grateful recipient of his eye for aesthetics and his skill to help make imperfections better.

Being new to San Diego and needing a fourth breast surgery to fix some issues with my original double mastectomy implant reconstruction - I was very nervous as I had the same surgeon for the first three surgeries. Dr. Samimi put those fears at rest. He is very skilled, caring, and easy to talk with. My surgery was not cosmetic, post mastectomy surgeries are just to get you to a best place - you still lost your breasts and it is not a surgery I would wish on anyone. But if you need post mastectomy implant work - hes your guy. Heaven forbid I need a fifth surgery, but if I do - it will definitely be Dr. Samimi. He worked within the confines of my insurance, helped fix some previous post surgery healing issues, and helped me feel better about my chest. Be sure to meet with him, you wont be sorry you did.

Dr. Samimi is the best in his class, and he has the staff to support this. He listens carefully to your needs and wants, then lets you know what you can expect. Hes realistic and is a physician first, taking care of your health and well-being while maintaining or making changes to your appearance. From initial consult to final follow-up in his beautiful offices, Dr. Samimi will have you feeling comfortable and confident.

I had a breast reduction and a liposuction with Dr. Samimi back in 2007. Dr. Samimi did an excellent job on me. Since the first time I went to Dr. Samimis office for a consultation, Dr. Samimi was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions in a very kind way. I am also speaking on behalf of my mother who had a procedure with Dr. Samimi and she is very happy with her results.I believe is very hard to find good doctors, specially those who love what they do Dr. Samimi is among those doctors who love what they do. I am posting, because I do not see my previous posts from December 2016. I would highly recommend Dr. Samimi. He is talented and I was given EXCELLENT patient care as well from his staff. I cannot express enough how Dr. Samimi gave me my life back, I am truly thankful to him.

I highly recommend Dr. Samimi, he is an excellent doctor. During my consultation, I was very concerned about the different options that were available to me. Dr. Samami took time to discuss them with me. Throughout my appointments, he listened to my concerns and was compassionate and understanding. He is a true gentlemen, highly professional. I have been to other plastic surgeons, and Dr. Samimi is by far the best. I am very fortunate to have found him. His staff is very helpful, polite, and caring. Each time I would call the office, my questions and/or concerns were immediately answered. Outstanding! After being diagnosed with breast cancer, Dr. Samimi has been involved in every step. He has visited me in the hospital and taken care of complications that have arisen from my chemo port malfunction. He truly cares. I am looking forward to having all the fills completed and having reconstruction surgery this spring. Visiting his office is always a great experience with his friendly and caring office staff, nurses, and assistants.

At first I would have recommended Dr. Samimi. However, after problems with appointments, scheduling, his inattention to my concerns, yet constant statements of how well he thought he did with his work, and problems with my billing, I can no longer give my recommendation.I went to Dr. Samimi after learning surgery was necessary. However, instead of truly listening to my concerns, he did what he thought was appropriate, and my requests were ignored. During surgery he did do other items he felt were appropriate. (and were)Dr. Samimi is an adequate surgeon, with an excellent assistant, a somewhat inadequate office staff and very inadequate in house billing coordinator that attempted to charge me twice for an appointment, and over billed me for my procedure.While the scheduling, extra charge, and over-billing were handled and straightened out, I will be living with the concerns I wished to have taken care of with surgery.The overall experience with Dr. Samimi and his office is not one that I can recommend to others.

The negative portion of my rating is due to billing issues. There was some confusion regarding the Anasthesiologists fees, which were sent to me after the procedure. Had I received an estimate prior, this confusion likely would not have occurred. Though it is difficult to give an exact quote on Anastheology, due to the lack of predictability of what might happen in the operating room, an estimate would have been helpful.The Biller (Lisa) is obstinate and difficult to communicate with, which only compounds the frustration. However, Adriana and the front office staff are accommodating and pleasant. Should you have any issues with Lisa just go to them.The Surgeon (Dr. Samimi) did a great job and was always very polite and respectful. I would recommend his work because youll look natural, yet like a more refined version of yourself.

Terrible experience. He ruined my arms both of them. Now has hired a lawyer to prevent me from writing my reviews. What a shame! He will have to spend a lot now because I am suing him for the horrid work that he did on me. SHAME ON YOU SAMIMI FOR BEING A MONEY HUNGRY DOCTOR. Sad to say the least. This is not my first plastic surgeon but he sure is the BEST. I have been so blessed to have him and Dr Amy Bremner as doctors.
