Ladies, you have to practice proper decorum, when someone walks into a store, greet them respectfully and engage the customer to qualify him, there’s no reason I should walk around the store trying to educate myself on Jewlry I have no clue about.I promise, if you treat each customer with parity, your sales would proliferate. Clothes nor race defines what’s in someone’s pocket or bank account.Whoever is in charge, please teach the two women best practices when it comes to the customer.Just as an FYI - my friend was looking to buy a Rolex, but from respectable reps..
Have been here before and usually is ok service. However ever the last time I went in a chose a beautiful band that was going to run $1060 and i told the sales person I would send my husband to purchase it. Well the sales person mentioned a trunk sale that I could possibly find something cheaper but I had to work so I sent my husband and some how the sales person ran his credit and extended his credit so he could get a much more expensive ring! $3200 ring to be exact. We called customer service and explained that we felt taken advantage of and that we wanted a refund. The very next day the store manager called and said she would have to check with home office if she could do the refund 🙄 she didn’t even call back my husband called in 2 days later to ask and THEN he was told they could only do an exchange and a partial refund. What a lie just to keep a sale. I work in a store and I know how sales works, you do anything to keep a sale. BUT if the customer is not happy then just do the refund and make the customer happy. Totally dissatisfied and will be fighting for our full refund. Don’t go here if you don’t wish to be taken advantage of or pushed to buy some of “better quality” oh because the sales person refused to show my husband rings I wanted him to look at just because “they aren’t as good quality” 🙄
VERY disappointed with the manager here who was willing to take my $5000 piece of jewelry in for repair but would NOT note the value of the piece; saying they only would note it worth $75. I have insurance documentation of the true value, but she wouldnt budge on it. I took my jewelry and ran. Will find a reputable jeweler to repair my family heirloom.

Wow! Never in my life have I experience such poor customer service.. the manager at this location is VERY pushy and does NOT honor any of the sales on the website. It would be easier to make purchases online. I had to go back in to get into the store and price match the right price. Also then tired to call them about my purchase I made and they hung up on me. Definitely not satisfied what so ever.
Awesome experience buying diamond earrings for my girl. The staff was super helpful, and in no way tried to pressure me. Ended up getting 3/4 carat princess cut studs. They helped me with financing, and I walked out feeling great.

Nothing to like. The customer service reps are liars. I bought a gold wedding band and had it sized up I came back days later and noticed it was more tighter on my finger. Being the nice guy that I am I kept a great attitude and laughed it off. Needless to say this is the 3rd time I have to come back to my ring to get sized. I think the jeweler there must be eating sub sandwiches and reading newspapers instead of doing his job! Also the ring I bought to propose to my wife supposed to have a pink diamond on the bottom outside, below the center piece. Its not there. I turned it in and they told me its there its just so small you cant see it! Amazing. The lies they tell and must really think that people are fools. No respect or professionalism there.

This store sucks! I truly feel I was ripped off. They had a promo that you purchase a pair of earrings and get one pair for one cent. I paid almost $200.00 and to have the silver hoops bend is crazy. When I called the store, I spoke with Diana who told me to come to store and they will see if the can fix the bent earring, well what a waste of my time. I get there and was told by another employee that the heat can cause the earring to bend (really). I will never buy ANYTHING from this store again.
Absolutely the worst customer service. The gentleman that helped me was fine but when I came back in to make an exchange I had to jump through fire to do so.And the guy that approached me said hold on, Ill help you once Im done wiping down the display cases.Are you kidding me? You made me wait after spending hundreds of dollars with you so you could wipe down the cases? Piss off.Dont buy from them, go local instead.
Purchased a ring a year ago. When it was sized i noticed that the craftsmanship was poor and that the area worked on was actually thinner. We waited 4 days for it to be sized so i didnt want to upset my girlfriend and we accepted it and left. A year later we went back to the store to get it reworked and cleaned. They noticed that where they resized it, it was starting to crack. This should have been a service that they did for free since it was an obvious result of poor craftsmanship, by them. Instead they charged us $45 to get it fixed so that we didnt risk losing one of the diamonds due to the crack. Instead of arguing and making my girlfriend embarrassed i gladly paid to have it professionally fixed. She went to pick it up just to find out that they actually lost a diamond in the process. They seriously tried to give it back to her with a diamond missing that their jeweler lost? Now she wont have her ring for another 2 to 3 days. We are far from satisfied. We had plans to spend a traditional 3 month salary on an engaged ring (which is a fair 5 digit sale). It wont be from Daniels. Who would think a $500 ring with a $45 dollar repair would cost a store a $20,000+ sale. I suggest the owner reevaluate the staff and jeweler. Seeing other reviews im upset i ever even went there. Lesson learned.And it continues. It cant be ready for a week because they lost the diamond and cant find a replacement...seriously? This is ridiculous.
