I decided to find a maid service I could use regularly and turned to Yelp. I am extremely happy with Yellow Glove! The crew is always on time, if not a few minutes early. I have a big place so the team of 2-3 cruise in, supplies in hand, and immediately go off in different directions to start working. They are extremely focused and efficient, but Im quirky and prefer to know the people in my home; they were really kind when I asked them their names, and now I feel very comfortable with them. When they leave my homes spotless and my wallets satisfied too :) Ive been recommending them to everyone I know!

CONSISTENTLY AMAZING! Ive gone through a bunch of cleaners while living in San Diego, but none come close to Enevy and his team. They pay attention to all the small details that typical cleaners forget. I also love that the team is big with 5-6 cleaners. They clean my 1200 sqft apartment in an hour. They are also reasonably priced for the service. The Yellow Glove provides White Glove service.

Hired Yellow Glove Cleaning to clean my apartment which I thought was not an easy task having 3 dogs and a cat, one being a Husky. Can you just imagine the mountain of fur balls lying everywhere?! Ive never hired any type of cleaning service before but they did such a great job the first time, I have them coming monthly just to help clean up. They really get in there and I come home to a fur-free apartment! yay me!You can easily book your appointment through their website. You can schedule them weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or just for the one time. They respond immediately and are able to schedule you fairly quick..I heard about Yellow Glove Cleaning from my friends who had apartments in the city. I decided to give it a shot because my place was becoming extremely messy and did not look presentable. I was shocked at the amazing work they did for my studio.

UPDATE: The owner of the business reached out to me personally and asked to come back a third time in the hopes I would be satisfied. Two cleaners came back yesterday and they were AMAZING!!! Monique and Desirae did such an amazing job-my apartment was spotless! They cleaned all of the areas I asked them to and then some! They only took about an hour but that was completely fine because they were able to get everything done! Very happy with the work done yesterday, thank you so much Monique and Desirae! Give these ladies a raise :)I scheduled a general cleaning a few weeks ago and was told it would be about 1 hour 40 minutes and 2 people would come. The 2 cleaners arrived and I let them know what I needed cleaned. They finished in about an hour, which I wouldnt have cared if they did a thorough job but they did not. The appliances were not wiped down, there was dust behind the toilet, the faucet had not been cleaned and the floors were still dirty. I had a general cleaning but I looked at their checklist online and everything I asked them to do was on the general cleaning list. I emailed customer service and they were really great and offered a re-do which I really appreciated. 2 cleaners came back today, one lady who was here the first time and then another lady. This time I left my apartment so they could clean and once again I received a text about an hour and 10 minutes after they got here saying they were done. When I came back into my apartment the appliances were streaky and didnt look like theyd been wiped down, the floors were not as clean as they should be and they didnt wipe down my bedroom mirror. I explicitly told them when they arrived I wanted the floors cleaned, appliances and cabinets wiped down, my bedroom window sill wiped down and my bedroom mirrors cleaned. The ladies were nice and the customer service was great but the quality of the work was not good. They did do a good job cleaning some things and I would say overall my apartment is pretty clean but when Im paying a company to clean my apartment I expect it to be spotless. Especially because the things I specifically asked to be cleaned were not properly cleaned. I hate leaving negative reviews but its really unacceptable that when they came back a second time my apartment STILL wasnt cleaned how it should be. Unfortunately I will not be using this company again.
