The team arrived early and came prepared with clean tools to get the job done, (a clean vacuum)! No chit chat, no music, no texting/phone AND no banging against the furniture with the vacuum. Our team, Julia, Petra and Blanca, (yes, we needed all three-don’t judge), worked diligently and efficiently to make our pandemic neglected home visitor worthy…It feels good to know I can invite the new neighbors over. Ariel, the owner was a pleasure to talk with; on our initial call, he addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions. A nice personal touch!

I am so happy I found The Cleaning Authority! We’re expecting our second in a couple months, and I’ve felt so behind on keeping the house clean. Our first cleaning was a couple days ago, and they do a split deep clean across the first two times to get the house to a good baseline. I AM IN HEAVEN. I didn’t know my kitchen sink could shine like it does right now, and my shower floor has never been cleaner. Kathy, Luz and Flor are my heroes - such a thorough, efficient cleaning while I got to spend quality time with my son. They were on time, personable and professional. Like their car decals say: Life is too short to clean your own house. :)

I usually get a notice that the crew is coming. I did not this time. Also they usually come early morning but today they came around 1pm. I was surprised.I almost went to the store.They did a good job as usual. Very thorough. Happy with the service overall.

They have taken such great care of our family!! I spent 8 months deployed, leaving my husband with two toddlers. Knowing that my house would regularly be cleaned, without extra stress or work for my husband, was really important in being able to relax. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and I got excellent communication when the schedule needed to be altered. Now that I’m home it’s such a pleasure to know my house is in good hands and I do t need to sweat the cleaning and can enjoy my time with the family I missed so much!!

The Cleaning Authority crew does a great job. They are very polite, thorough, and respectful.They work from a list of chores, if there is something not on their list, they are always happy to do it. We have a home office, and they always ask about the best time to clean the office so as to not interfere with business.I have used them for 2 years.

Really nice and thorough

I have a big house with a new baby and it gets hard to get the house cleaned all the time. The Cleaning Authority to the rescue! Fanny, Eva and Edith have been coming to my house every other week since my son was born October 2019 and love them! They are efficient and so sweet. I stay home since we have a older dog and with baby its hard to sometimes be out at the time, but they dont mind. They always let me know when they are almost here or on the way so I have time to get the dog and myself situated. I love when they are here cause when they leave my house feels brand new again. Any hiccups there have ever been regarding business side (not the ladies) and were addressed ASAP by Ariel and have been very accommodating. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority and if you get Fanny, Eva, and Edith thats a BONUS!

Month after month, the Cleaning Authority provides good cleaning services. The only improvement we would appreciate is telephone or text message when there is a schedule change.

This service is awesome!

They do a good job on what they do. Anything that isn’t on their normal task list will not be done. Example, a cup left in the sink means they don’t clean the sink. With instructions to find the clean sheets in the dryer, they bring dirty sheets into the bedroom and have to be stopped.

The girls were awesome. They cleaned like it was theirs. I was totally satisfied I hope I get the same girls back next time.

I needed a move out cleaning short notice and early on a Saturday. I chose The Cleaning Authority Id used them before for regular deep apartment cleanings and had always been happy with my service. Alexa arrived promptly at 7:30am and did an excellent job! I got my entire apartment deposit back and the place looked like it had never been lived in. I would definitely book with her again if I was still living in SF! Thank you, Alexa!!

Laura and Mercedes always do a fantastic job at our house. They clean with great attention to detail, and my family trusts them completely. We just started using them, and they are great! We had Julia & Alva this time, and had another team the time before that was also great (I just dont remember their names!) Reasonably priced, and they are kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

Mercedes, Laura and Lia did a great job. Most of the time we are not home when the ladies come, but my son was off school and we were home packing for a family vacation the last time they came. The ladies did a great job despite a 3yr old being very curious about what was going on and working around all of our piles of thing that needed to be packed. My husband and I both work full time, and keeping up with work, family, a 3yr old, meal time, grocery shopping... etc etc, and cleaning can be hard. About 2yrs ago we started using The Cleaning Authority and they have been wonderful. It is so nice to come home to a clean home.

Ive been impressed by the Cleaning Authority, and not just their cleaning and efficiency, but also their courtesy, timeliness, and professionalism. Would highly recommend them!

It was ok. But the floors are still dusty, and somehow also sticky. I know its not easy to get on your hands and knees and scrub a floor clean, but thats what I expect from a deep cleaning service. Now I have to go do it myself.

Ive been happy with this service for over a year. And Im especially grateful for my regular professional housecleaners, Mercedes and Laura.
