I was looking for a reliable company that would stand behind their work for the cleaning service they provide and I found it in MaidPro. At the time of this posting, Ive had the PROs clean my home about 5 times and although I was unsure at the beginning and there were quality issues, the manager made sure it was taken care of and since then, Ive been satisfied and happy with the service Ive been given. My MaidPro is courteous and thorough and even brought treats for my cats!

Used MaidPro for a second time yesterday. The cleaning lady who arrived ON TIME did a quick walk through our home and asked any questions that needed clarification, and I had to leave for work. When it comes to cleaning these people are beyond good! If you are like me you have tried many different approaches to your cleaning needs. I have tried big companies, small companies, referrals and private maids. The results ranged from horrible to good. Then I tried Maidpro. WOW! The price was reasonable and the cleaning was what we all dream about. They even cleaned my lamp shades of all the accumulated dust. My house looked beautiful when they were done. I had never hired cleaning services before, and was a bit skeptical and nervous about having people in my home, but after outstanding customer service and a great outcome I was very happy with the results. My Pro, Janeth was on time and made sure to all of the details I needed covered. She especially did an amazing job in my kitchen. But apart of fabulous cleaning and attention to detail I fell in love with this companys value to customer satisfaction. I recommend you give them a chance to impress you for themselves.

First off please be careful that you find the correct MaidPro business on both Yelp and Google and access the company on Navajo Rd in San Diego - there are several options that pop up when you do a search.You cant go wrong with this cleaning company - their standards are high for customer service and quality assurance. Love their 49 Point checklist and the policy to send the same Pro cleaner to your home each time. They do require a deep clean prior to setting up your regular schedule, thats something I actually appreciated. A discount comes with a re-occurring cleaning schedule and Im happy with having the office coordinator Lisa, take care of that. She is great to work with, very responsive and I am more than thrilled with Janeth, my regular Pro cleaner. It is easy to see she takes pride in her work and doesnt miss a thing. My husband never likes to have his dresser touched or things moved, but he did remark he was pleased with the way Janeth cleaned his dresser top and arranged his things. That was a first ! I also love her attention to detail and everything on her list is checked and cleaned very well in the time allotted.If youre on the fence I would jump over and give MaidPro a try - I left another company because I was uncomfortable with 3 or 4 people cleaning my small home at one time - inconsistent month to month. I couldnt be happier with the change to MaidPro.
