We just moved into our new home and it desperately needed a deep cleaning! My realtor recommended Cleanology. When I called they were able to get someone over same day due to a cancellation. To which I was very happy! The cleaners were very thorough and did a great job finishing all my projects I asked for. They did go over my time limit by a bit, but the projects were finished and done well.The reason for the 3 stars is not for the cleaners, but for the management that called. I guess these cleaners had a reputation to go over time and not stop their project when their time is up. Which I understand can be frustrating from a management point of view. However, the frustration of management should not be portrayed to customers. The individual proceeded to vent to me about how these employees ALWAYS go over time and I felt put in an awkward position.Other than that, the individual was very very helpful in getting me the help I needed as we moved into our new home!In the end happy with cleaning service, no so much customer service at the end.

Ive used Cleanology about 6 times over the past couple of years. Theyre reliable and trustworthy. I find their prices a bit higher than I want to pay, but I always get professional cleaners who do a solid job in a good amount of time, so you get what you pay for, as they say.

Rosa and Guadalupe were the 2 house cleaners who were excellent. They were attentive and worked hard to clean and followed through with expectations. Carpet cleaner powered through quickly and effectively. Happy with the effort and quality of work.

The Cleaners referred to us have been great. They bring their own equipment and supplies, worked quickly and efficiently, and the property was very clean when they were done. Our most recent cleaners spoke only Spanish but the office was able to step in and translate. This makes it a bit more difficult to communicate what you want if you have basic Spanish down.Cleanology is a referral service, they work off the independent contractor model, and its unlikely the independent contractors they refer to you have work comp. They conduct background checks and checks on legal status. The housekeepers are providing the equipment and supplies but Cleanology takes a cut of their wages for acing as a referral agency. This works great for periodic cleaning like move-in or move-out or other one time cleaning and they can provide cleaners on short notice. The downside is you may have a different cleaner each time and if you hired a cleaner directly theyd be making more money.Overall, its a great resource you just have to be aware its unlikely the independent contractors are carrying work comp and Cleanology is taking a fee so please tip well. Well use them again but if its all Spanish all the time versus at least basic English we may try other options.

We needed our one bedroom condo cleaned after mold remediation to get it back on market. Gayle was there 3 hours and the place looked magnificent. Fans, trim work, floors, cabinets, windows, everything shined. Would highly recommend, quoted price was correct as well as what work would be accomplished, arrived at scheduled time. Josefina helped me with a last minute booking right before the holidays. The team of 2 that she sent arrived on time, were very professional, courteous and diligent. They didn’t even mind the barking of my mother’s little old dog. The house sparkled when they were done! They even made the beds better than I do. Thank you for easing my holiday stress.

DArtangnon and Cody came out on a very hot Labor Day on short notice for a moveout cleaning. The condo looked like an easy one, but nothing is ever how it seems. They worked their tails off, and then agreed to stay just a little longer to get the job done right. Pretty good job, too. Cleanology is where Ive been going for moveout cleaning for a while now, and Im sure Ill call them the next time, too. Special appreciation to Josie the dispatcher ... great customer relations!
