Everything about this company is outstanding. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work and the value for the money. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere, this is the one to hire.

They did a fabulous job on cleaning my apartment! I would highly recommend them to anyone. My apartment was thoroughly cleaned and left in wonderful condition when I came back home. I would use them again.

Mari and her crew were incredible! We are selling our house and I needed deep and thorough cleaning to get ready to list the house. She was easy to contact and schedule and arrived on time. Her rates are reasonable and so worth her hard work. I wish I wasn’t moving so I could hire her on a regular basis!

Disappointing LACK of communicationIn a nutshell ...I sent online request for quote (either via yelp or google) for an ASAP appt due to move-in clean needed (home was not as clean as promised by landlord). Stated in my online request that I was looking for next day service so that I could complete move. Received an email response at 10pm (fantastic!) stating approximate price and that they were available from noon-2pm. I responded at 4am (when I saw the email) that noon was PERFECT and that I would see them then ...I confirmed the address and my cell phone number in response email.Later in the morning I tried to call to confirm details for cleaning, but received a voicemail stating that I had reached San Diego Maids (appears they use both Rancho Bernardo Maids and San Diego Maids). I left a message asking for return call, but no call was received. I assumed they were working and unable to return call, besides I would see them shortly, right!? WRONG!! I left work to meet them at noon BUT they did not show. I called the number provided, still no answer. I texted, no answer!! I am so upset!! A day WASTED! I cannot set up another team/company for today! What a fiasko!!UPDATE: While there was a significant part of me that thought MAYBE there was a reason for the no show, the fact is that I have STILL not heard back from anyone at this company in response to my multiple VMs, email or text messages to explain what happened!! Up side, I went with Maid Express out of Escondido and they did a fantastic job!!

We are very pleased with the house cleaning that Mari and Jessica gives us .Their asssets are on time, very thorough, attention to detail in all facets of the job. Most impressive attribute is in their pride doing all tasks .

The ladies, especially Mari, are wonderful and they do a very thorough job. The best in the area!
