This is a review based solely off the cleaning of our home, not this company as a whole. Deal with them was easy as was scheduling and payment.Now, onto the cleaning.This was the most money I’ve ever paid for a cleaning of my 800sq ft home (roughly $240 for a deep clean)The baseboards were not cleaned, ceiling fan not cleaned, window sills were left disgusting. Several things that were supposed to be cleaned (hence why we wanted a DEEP clean) were not. Our housekeeper was super chatty the whole time despite me telling her I’d be upstairs on a work call and to just let me know when she needed meto move rooms, and offered to clean our home on the side.I won’t be using this company again which is unfortunate because I really love supporting local businesses.

EXTREMELY professional. I didnt know there could be such thoroughness in scheduling and executing a home cleaning. Only knock would be that they dont do windows. Not a big enough issue to lose a star as they were exceedingly proficient in all other areas. I would definitely recommend for a solid deep cleaning of the prime areas of a home, most notably the bathrooms and kitchen. Both areas sparkled once they were finished. Thank you Tranquil Home.

We have used this cleaning service twice now and have been very impressed. Once was a deep clean and once for a standard clean. The cleaners were very efficient and professional. The company is very accommodating especially when we had to change our date around. And they are very affordable compared to other cleaning companies. Would recommend and have already booked more sessions with them.

This was my first experience hiring someone to come into my home to help clean, so I was a little nervous about the whole thing. I had just moved into a new apartment and the building didnt follow-through on the promise to do a detailed, thorough cleaning before my move-in. I decided to call on Tranquil Home to help with a deep clean. Dulce was so professional and asked me to specify some areas I wanted to have prioritized. She did an amazing job and her help was so appreciated. I was so exhausted after moving in, but she really made the experience a positive one. I felt so happy to come back into an extra-clean apartment . I look forward to having them back in the future and highly recommend their services.

Very over priced. We had two cleaners come for 4 hours and I still had to vacuum and dust certain areas that were missed. The last cleaning company I used had 1 cleaner come out for 4 hours and it was more than half the price and about the same quality of cleaning. The customer service is very nice and responsive so I really appreciated that aspect of the company.

The cleaner Kandi did an excellent and extremely thorough job. Couldnt be happier with the results. Only problem - not enough appointment times available for Carlsbad! The representative I spoke to explained it, and I understand the situation, but early mornings were the only options available, and thats the busiest part of my work day.

Used their service for a move-out clean. The house had not been cleaned in ~4 years. I did not see the service after, but we got our entire deposit back and did not get anything taken out for dirtiness. Their estimate was very reasonable. They had a cleaner cancel on our day and they worked with us to keep the time that we requested which was very helpful and professional.

The housekeeper arrived on time and was polite. She inquired about cleaning certain areas of my concern, used her time well, and did a good job. We both noted that the organic cleaners sometimes have difficulty thoroughly cleaning the showers. I suggest supplying your own cleaning products for showers and other hard-to-clean areas. This service is a very good value for the price and I will use Tranquil Home Cleaning again.

Ive never used a cleaning service and life has just been so busy I decided to just go for it. After lots of searching (Im picky about how stuff should be cleaned, part of why I never used a service) I found Tranquil Home. The positive reviews are TRUE. The whole process was well organized and structured to book, their portal makes it easy to view your appointment, invoice, etc. Day of Kandi and Denise were a power team they got through the whole house and did such an amazing job. They were COVID safe kept their masks on and ask that one is either isolated in an area for their safety (and yours) or you are out of the house, we just stayed in our respective office working. Payment was contactless and via the portal. Highly recommend if youre still on the fence.

Our house was incredibly clean after Tranquil Homes services. We were moving in to a vacant home and all the floors and counters were perfectly cleaned. There were a couple water stains in both showers that were removed (we werent sure it would be possible)! Highly recommend.

Tranquil Home provided us with a great experience from first contact for service through a complete housecleaning.Nicola answered my service request within 30 minutes, and that was on Sunday! We were so grateful to be scheduled for a cleaner the folliowing day. We were just moving into a home. It was wonderful to know the house would be thoroughly cleaned with non-toxic cleaning products prior to unpacking all our things. Devon, our cleaner, is a very nice person. She came to us on time, fully prepared with supplies and equipment, and got right to work. Devon worked steadily and cleaned thoroughly. I was very impressed with the work and thoroughness. I had a deep clean, with two people, for 3.5 hours. I asked them to focus on the kitchen and the bathrooms but didnt give much direction other than that. They did much more than I expected. For example, they cleaned my refrigerator and took out all the food and cleaned all the shelves and put the food back. They cleaned the oven too! In the shower they got all the scum off my soap holder. I liked that the house didnt smell like harsh cleaning products when they were done. By far the best cleaning service I have ever used. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I hired Tranquil Homes to do some deep cleaning that I had grown behind on - blind slats, spot wall cleaning, oven, etc. Two professional, sweet women cleaned my house very well. I do think that its a bit on the pricey side for regular maintenance, but it was worth the splurge to not have to do all those extra tasks that are so time consuming. It was very easy to book and pay, and everyone was very responsive. They were able to fit me in with just a few days notice. I would use their service again.

I contacted Tranquil Home for house cleaning services. They got right back to me, set up a very convenient appointment, and sent me a truly delightful lady to clean my home. They are responsive and professional. I found a new service that Im sure Ill be using for a long time.

Cleaning was done well, but subpar due to all the eco friendly cleaning supplies. Some spots still remained in the place, I had to go over them with my tools in order to fix it. Cost was cheap, and only one cleaner given.

These guys have Perfection down to a science. In every way they seem to raise the bar, from the 1st phone call to the final sparkling clean product. Very happy with my service! I am sensitive to harsh cleaning chemicals so wanted to find a service that avoids them. I ordered a deep clean of my little studio apartment, as Ive been living here for six years, and my place looks great! The cleaner they contracted, Bethany, was friendly and did a great job, I felt very comfortable having her in my home. She finished in four hours and every corner of my place is sparkling, including my fridge and oven, which Im terrible at cleaning myself.The service responded to me promptly and everything was handled with ease, from scheduling to payment.
