The ladies were on time and did a wonderful job. They were very pleasant and professional. Would recommend them highly.

Very thorough. I use Molly Maids around three times a year to really deep clean my home. They’re always on time, get straight to work and make sure I approve of their work when they finish. They bring their own cleaning tools and supplies. They’re great!

Worst maid service I’ve ever used. Was quoted between $260-350 for a deep clean/move out clean. We confirmed they were to clean the baseboards, moldings, windows, etc.They sent 3 ladies to clean, they were there barely 2 hours and literally did NOTHING. I have photos of the poor job, or actually, no job, they did. We ended up spending hours doing their job for them. When I called to complain they offered me $20 off, after they told me the price would be $371. Which is over the quote they gave.Then they said they would call me back after they talk to a manager and I’m still waiting. Worst company ever. Do not hire them.

We welcomed Molly Maids, Angeles and Lucy, to our home this morning for our initial deep cleaning. Angeles and Lucy greeted my husband and I with cheerful smiles as well as great upbeat attitudes. Before the team got started, we went over a few special requests such as using our preferred granite cleaner on our kitchen counter tops as well as pointing out two stained glass lamps that required careful handling. Both team members were attentive to our requests and each request was taken care of to our satisfaction. We left our house in the capable hands of Angeles and Lucy and went about getting our errands done. When we returned home we were delighted to find our vinyl plank floors were spot free, all the glass table tops sparkled, the bathrooms had been deodorized and cleaned. We very much enjoyed how the team folded up the T.P and the Kleenex sheets into fans. What a nice touch! All the baseboards were free of dust, and the house smells great.This is our first experience with engaging a cleaning service to help us with the housework. We are happy with our decision to trust our home to the Molly Maids. Thank you again Angeles and Lucy for making our beloved home sparkle!

We have been using Molly Maid for over a year and have only had great work and care. They arrive promptly at their scheduled time or let us know in advance if they need to change their time. They have informed us if they see a problem that we need to be aware of, which is most helpful. They are careful to use only the cleaning, wood and polishing products we have requested. We have been blessed too have two very nice ladies clean our home, they are both very polite and conscientious. We highly recommend this company.

We had a terrific experience with Virginia & Monique from Molly Maids today. They were the most pleasant team of hard-working and upbeat ladies who deep-cleaned our home! They did a beautiful job. My husband keeps exclaiming how clean and sparkling everything is! We sincerely hope we can have these two ladies on a regular rotation to our home. Wish I hadnt put it off for so long. They are a working-womans dream!!!

2 maids, 2 hours, $250 for deep cleaning which certainly it was not. One maid actually did some cleaning while the other did very poor dusting. Other than the kitchen counter and carpet, Im struggling to find what they actually did clean. They spent a lot of time talking instead of actually cleaning. I could have done a better job by myself in half the time.

Completely professional and quality work.

I decided to use them for the 1st time and did not have a good experience. I was quoted $184 for 2 hrs for a moveout clean (1 bed apt 700 square feet). Was told 2 people will be working the job. I decided to show up around the 2 hr marker to check the status. At 2 hrs the work that was done was the fridge, Microwave, they wiped the fireplace, dusted 2 ceiling fans, and cleaned the baseboards. I was displeased with how little I felt they have done for 2 people on a job so I called to voice my concern. I was asked to give the ladies an extra 1/2 hr to finish. In the end I was told I would receive a call back in regards to them charging me an extra 1/2 hr to see if they would wave it or not. I never received the call back. Instead the charge was just posted to my account. I did a walk through after the cleaning and came across a broken blind and the bottom of the pantry that was never cleaned. I understand that we are all human and make mistakes. I understand that depending on how dirty a place is, you may need more time to clean. However, I know the condition the place was handed to them. I did the baseboards in the bedroom, vacuumed and shampooed the carpet the night before. I also cleaned the bathroom mirrors and countertop. This review is only being written for the continuos lack of communication I received. Thank you for finishing the job. Please improve your communication with your clients.

We just purchased a home and wanted it cleaned before moving in. We called on Wednesday and they were able to come out Thursday. Alma and Teresa did an amazing job! They were very flexible and worked around our contractor who was finishing up work. The house looks brand new again and we can’t wait to move in! Thank you both!!

The cleaning service provided by Alejandra and Celina was excellent. They cleaned not only the easy to get to places but also the places that were hard to get to. The floors looked extra clean. The did a good job cleaning the bathroom and our kitchen area. I would highly recommend them.

Ive been using Molly Maids for the past 8 months. The GREAT: Cristina and Merly are absolutely the BEST! They are efficient, detailed, always on time, kind, and do not hesitate to go above and beyond (request them as a team!). They are 5 stars and the reason Im sticking with the company. The bad: communication with the office is not very efficient. Twice I made requests regarding time/dates and they were ignored/not fulfilled causing inconveniences. Its on the pricier side and only worth it for me now because I need someone in and out of the house fast due to work.

Very, very disappointed. Hired them for a rental move out of as 1200sf condo. Had to have them come back, which didnt help.Somehow in the tiny kitchen they managed to completely overlook a number of kitchen cabinet shelves. They didnt clean the insides of the drawers. They missed the insides of the deeper cabinets.They either missed the sliding glass door to the patio, or just moved the dirt around. The top of the door had grime and dirt. I pointed it out, so they just ran a rag over it, which didnt do a thing. The finger marks were still there. I pointed it out and they lady just shrugged.The floors are hardwood laminate. They were still so dirty after they left that it took me two more moppings to get it clean. I wasnt there at that phase, but they must not have mopped.I have to warn you. Nothing higher than 6 feet will cleaned. One wall is mirrored wall. The top foot of was left all dirty. They arent allowed to go that high. So it you want anything cleaned high, then you you are on your own.They put all the trash in the recycle bin. So after they left I had to pull it all out and sort it.They also threw away everything that is not bolted down. Including the sink stoppers and garden hose that was on the water tap. I found those when I was sorting the trash from the recycling. So make sure anything you want to keep is NOT in the house.

I have 2500 sq ft home next to dirt field with 4 dogs and a cat that drag who knows what into the house. Molly Maids came in from top down cleaned the whole house top to bottom. My wife was thrilled and you know what they say about a happy wife and a happy life.
