After trying other companies and getting flaked on, overcharged, or having to wait very long for a cleaning I was so thrilled to find this company. I was able to schedule my first cleaning in two days, the website was straightforward, and when I called to ask a few questions, Rachel was friendly and happy to help. My team of cleaners, Delia and Ailed were phenomenal. I forgot that my bathroom could even look this clean! Between owning a shedding dog and meal prepping, I could use the help and am very grateful. Even my couches look new. Thank you!

I started with “The Maids” cleaning service six months prior to Covid. Once Covid hit, I called and worked with Rachel to stop the service and she was very understanding. Then when I was ready to start back up, Rachel quickly responded and was very friendly and helpful. Today the ladies (“The White Team) were back and cleaned my home, and I have to say, they did an exceptional job. Everything is just beautiful. My husband cant stop remarking about how shiny everything is. We are so happy with this cleaning service, Rachel and the ladies on the White Team.Thanks again! Amazing customer service! Rachel and Christina went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of as we talked about and in a timely and professional manor. If I need cleaning services again I won’t even shop around, straight to the maids! They were amazing, friendly, helpful, and great!

Im not pleased with the service provided and I wont be coming back. The price went up from my initial quote after the cleaning was complete and they didnt do a very good job. The tub was not scrubbed, the cleaning products smelled sour even the next day, and I noticed after they left that the mop was obviously dirty. I had to redo a lot myself so I didnt gain anything.

Horrible house cleaning for a Move Out. I had to point out multiple dirty areas on the walls, light switch covers. The carpet was filthy. When I asked about the dirty walls, one lady said “we tried, it won’t come off”, I walked over to the dirty spot and scrapped it off with my fingernail, they then started cleaning the walls and light switch covers. The kitchen sink was barley touched. The downstairs bathroom was not cleaned all the way. The worst part beside the horrible cleaning done, they over charged me $30. This service is cheap and you get exactly what you pay for. I could have spent an extra $100 and received a professional clean. Now my landlord will have to hire another cleaning service and take it out of my deductible. DO NOT HIRE for move out cleaning service, you will be greatly disappointed and waste your money.

I was desperately looking for a last minute clean, as another company did not show up. From talking on the phone with Cristina to having the team arrive 1 hour later it was the best experience. I addressed my needs to the team leader and she worked amazing with the team of 3. Best part was that they where in and out. As well as proficient. I will definitely be using them in the future! I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a deep clean.

This company saved my life! During this time of the COVID I had a last minute cancellation for a move out clean and I needed to return the keys. The girls came on time and they were very professional and very cautious about the virus. They came with masks, gloves and shoe covers!!! Also, the clean was very thorough and fast!!! I would definitely recommend them!!

I just hired The Maids for a move in deep cleaning and I am so glad I chose them. The quote was honest and booking was so easy. The owner is very responsive by email and was able to accommodate a last minute calendar change. 2 ladies came and clean thoroughly . They were very professional and friendly too. I do recommend this business and will hire them again.

The maids saved my day 5-30 🙌!! I had one day to turn over my condo for the next tenants. The service I originally booked on yelp never showed up and unreachable. This amazing service came by with 3 hours notice and did an amazing job in 45 minutes at a reasonable price. Will definitely be calling them again in the future and recommend it to everyone.

I liked their work. Theyve done thorough clean up in my room and didnt miss a spot. Will use them again as my experience with them was more than great.

Worst cleaning g service I’ve EVER had and the most expensive. It is Walmart service at a Sacs 5th Ave price. They do not refund or discount for bad cleaning, they expect you to find time to have them come back. I was busy with my baby and thought for this price I wouldn’t have to supervise the cleaning. The windows, dishwasher cover, refrigerator, counters were still dirty! The worst part is that’s they washed my babies cup and left food all over it! And that’s just the kitchen. There are way too many services out there to pay for this price.

Worst cleaning service I’ve experienced so far. For a 160$ an hour I don’t understand why my floors were not vacuumed and mopped, I think it’s the basic of cleaning a place. My carpets were vacuumed though but not the hard floor. Way too expensive for the service you get. They cleaned my cabinets but not the counter top. Very confusing how they proceed. I have 2 condos that we use for vacation rental and I will not use this company again!
