Only worked security there for one day; nothing bad or good to say about the place.

The location could be better, however, the rent is cheap, they do have 24/7 security. The place is clean. These apt. are associated by St. Vincent de Paul, but they are studio apartments, not a homeless center.

Friendly respectful security staff. Good location for bus n trolley. Gated patio backyard. Nice sized studios with full kitchen n bathroom.

We dont hate, its a great place to restart and rest if elderly and on a budget and open to lts of different people,problems,crime can happen,and of course,its just life though.dependency legal services Berta Zangari donates and then picks up cases and trafficked children illegally for over 18 years.gold star!! Take her off.my son is still missing from down the street Nov 1 2018 and her rotten money aka bribery.harvey can do better then that!

WONDERFUL PEOPLE DOING TREMENDOUS THINGS.

Not a homeless service. Its an apt building for low income. Low rent, own bathroom and kitchen, secured building... Yes, neighborhood not best often but with rent less than half what you pay elsewhere... Still a good place!

This place is for Lower Income people . There Not To roomie how ever its a place to Call Home. It is what it is every unit has what one would Need For there self to call home. You need ID to visit and you need there full name what unit that your visiting. You can stay over night with asking Staff. Pretty Nice place.

I am so Thankful that Erick got me in to live here !! There are a lot of programs to help you get on your feet, including trips to the food bank, N/A meeting,grief classes and more !! There is always Security 24/7 and they buss you in the door, I feel very safe here and its very clean ! Everyone is friendly !! All I can say is that I love it here and I am very very very Thankful !!!

Terrible neighborhood. Only studio apartments. Stayed as a guest for a few weeks while I was looking for other apartments, and I wasnt even allowed to have mail come to this place just because I wasnt on the lease being I was visiting. Also, you have to get mail from the front office by a security guard who GOES THOUGH YOUR MAIL. So if your name is on it, addressed to that place, they will reject it just because your not on the lease. Super bad neighborhood with homeless tweakers always outside asking me for change the minute I step out the door. Always being woken up in the middle of the night due to tweaking homeless people fighting at 1-3AM, and not being allowed to have any sort of mail be delivered here, its lame. I have to have all my mail go to a friends house being I cant receive it here. Whatever you do, DO NOT APPLY FOR A LEASE HERE. The rules here suck, and you cant have guests over. Im never gonna live here if its the last thing I do.

I visit this area a lot for work no matter how hard you try you cant get rid of the homeless drug users and sdpd doesnt patrol as much as they used to I saw them ride past a man with a crack pipe
