MIL recently passed and we were eager to vacate the apartment before a new month started. Called various charities to no avail as some were 6-8 weeks out before they could pickup.Had to postpone the original starting time and they were receptive to coming at 6 hours and not just blowing us off.Negotiated a decent price and agreed to go ahead with the order. Apartment was on 3rd floor of assisted living facility and was cluttered with boxes and other items not being picked up. Guys were great. Two of them picked up a 7 solid wood dresser with ease. Impressive. They worked with us moving the boxes around so they could remove the bedroom set and a dilapidated entertainment center. Very pleased with the service.

When I requested a quote online, I received a prompt answer and we scheduled the free quote for the next day. On the day of, they called and said they could come sooner and arrived quickly after I gave the thumbs up. Both employees who helped me were friendly, quick, and to the point and they got me a great deal on the removal. Very fast and super easy - 10/10 recommend!

Junk King saved my life!! A 27 year old who had the worst luck trying to sell her couch! In the same day aka 07/19/2021. I had Manny set up a same day pick up service in my little beach rental apartment alley. Originally, i hail from the east coast and this price was unbeatable in my opinion. Same day service, last minute day of service request, affordable with a cash, credit/debit or credit option and speedy delivery service. I called because i was WOW’d by this service. I’m giving five stars to The Junk Kings because i called this afternoon and my couch was scheduled, confirmed and picked up and taken care of in under an hour for less than $200. Maybe it was my lucky day or maybe it was The Junk Kings. I’m writing this review mainly because CJ and Shane were the real heroes. I’ve never seen such teamwork and intense physical strength and professionalism. These guys honestly wow’d me when i tried to express how much I’d like to give a tip they said helping me out when i needed them was the biggest tip i could have given them. I am forever thankful for the Junk Kings (Manny, CJ, and Shane) taking care of a new local! Please make sure to thank the dispatcher who accepted my call he was so quick and efficient i just didn’t get his name! Poor cell service in beach towns! These guys are top notch! Eddie and Mikey showed up on time and quickly loaded up a mattress and box spring to take away. They were able to keep it out of the landfill and donate it; their truck is quiet, clean and burns biodiesel! These guys are running a truly fantastic operation. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Eduardo and Marco contacted me early and often to let me know exactly when they would arrive, and upon arriving were quick to explain the process and got me the best deal for what I needed, and even took the time to sweep the area when they were done. Booked an appointment for an estimate with Junk King on a Wednesday they were able to schedule me that same week on Friday. Two of their workers (Luis and Kevin) showed up early before our scheduled appointment. Both workers were extremely polite and professional. They were able to take away all the junk we had including a refrigerator pretty quickly and for a reasonable price. Great work!

This place is awesome. I called 4 other places before these guys and no one answered and they also listed higher prices online. Demitrius on the phone was really helpful with booking our first pick up. I needed junk removed ASAP and they were able to come the following day on a weekend! Eddie and Ben were our guys. They came and took what looked like a junk yard in a matter of minutes. Were even nice enough to offer us their military discount and $20 off for future booking as well as another $20 off for booking online. They were really polite. I had to bring them back for yet another haul. Eddie and Esteban took our second load fast and both groups even swept our driveway to make it extra nice. Called Junk King on the recommendation of Wesley Palms where my father lived until recently. they quickly found a mutual date and time for them to come and remove old furnishings. They called ahead, showed up early in the 2 hour window I was given, completely cooperated with the Covid protocol required to enter this senior facility, and proceeded to efficiently remove all items we had. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The estimate was reasonable and they documented with photos what they took and how they left the room. The Junk King crew left a large scratch that ran all the way from our office to the elevators on the floor. Our organization will most likely be charged to repair the damage. This happened because they used broken chairs to move other items.

Junk King is the king. These guys were great — Christian, Justin and their third colleague were all professional, on time, courteous and they worked really clean. I’m clearing out a home that my family has owned for 51 years, and having them come and simply take care of whisking away some of the largest, heaviest items — and at such a great price — is incredible. I’m still working on the house and will definitely be using them again.
